Quality parts and fast shipping

Purchased open box , and have some parts missing , manual instruction that came with a lift it really not thought through and was thought to process , went online to find a better instructions on how to put a lift together ( which i was expecting to get a lift pre assembled , such a heavy machinery and expansive to have to connect all the fittings and tubbing. MISSING PARTS ONLY CONFUSED ME AND MADE ME WASTE ALOT OF TIME. After purchasing missing fittings and air tube ( PLUS MISSING CONTROL MAIN BUTTONS TO RAISE AND LOWER A LIFT ) AFTER ALL ASSEMBLY AND PAYING AND ELECTRICIAN A LOT OF MOENY , REALIZED A LIFT IS NOT RAISING UP. Really expansive and thought purchase for me.

Quality of the materials, fit and finish is nice. Installation manual could be better( diagrams and parts list).

The only way this worked was talking to a real person and she got it done in about 5 minutes after I had spent hours trying to do the same thing on line.Thanks again for your help. Belt for my 2420 balanced arrived on time and installation was easy. however, it does ride close to the bake mechanism so I will check periodically to see if it is rubbing

perfect.

Nothing to say, came shipped fast and good packaging

Amateur mechanic here - took a change on a Quickjack 5000 as I don't have space for a lift at home, and while it was nerve wracking initially, what a great piece of kit! And to top it off, outstanding customer service from the Bendpak team - super quick to respond and even offered me free replacement parts, cannot speak more highly of them! Benefit of purchasing from a reputable company!

Easy

The lift works good , was bumed that it was made in china, thought bendpak was made in America. Had to cut down the umbilical shield it was 2’ too long and the hydraulic hose would not reach Also when I torqued bolts in runways to 80 lbs like specified one sheared so had to replace with 1/2” grade 8.

Satisfied

My order was missing a number of the parts/pieces to complete the assembly. Very frustrating for the money. it will work, but the top tray is missing 3 plates and multiple screws/nuts.

The wrong lift pad risers were sent 2 months after i ordered them.Getting someone to reply via email after the sale was non exsistant .I just wanted to return these and get the correct ones for my 10000lb bendpak lift .If anyone would like to pass it along my number is 6072677033
