This lift has trouble lifting a 4000 Lb car . it vibrates and shutters and groans. Going up . I know it slower than the 220 volt . I have called Bendpak 4 times first time was told a tec . Be calling back 1 week later no call . I called 3 more times and was left on hold for 1 hr still no answer . Now I only get there recording What mistake buying Bendpak

Being new to having a 4 post lift but around them. I did my research and read reviews. And chose the HD-14T for my application. Start to finish. My representative specialist was Kenny De Ceita. I acquired an older Bendpak scissor-style car lift and needed help identifying it so I could order parts to repair the lift cylinders. I E-mailed customer support and Catherine​​​​ Nyhagen replied to my E-mail the next day requesting pictures of the lift. I sent her the pictures and the next day the lift was identified and Catherine sent me the owner manual. I was blown away by the help I received and how quick and great the communication was.
