One of the pads on my lift cracked and broke in half. Was a little disappointed as I am not a commercial shop and replacement pad was $40. For a piece or rubberized plastic. I love the lift, but not the prices

The product was great. It kept me cool for about 13 holes of golf on one charge. When I initially recieved the product it had a defective hose nozzle. I called customer service at Bendpak and they quickly shipped me a replacement. The customer service representative was exceptional.
