I have found BENDPAK to do everything necessary to resolve the only issue I have ever encountered while dealing with them. It seemed a shipment was misrouted or lost and BendPak shipped a replacement quickly

I worked with Jenny Yann in customer service on my HD-7W purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the purchase process easy. The lift is built really well and uses really nice quality components. I had some additional requests and Jenny made everything very easy. The shipping was super fast and got delivered to our dock with ease. It is a very heavy lift. The vertical post were easily carried by my wife and I but the ramps are a few hundred lbs each and will need a few people or moving equipment to safely get into place. Overall I would purchase and recommend this lift to anyone looking for a professional four post lift. I will definitely purchase from BendPak again when the need arises.

Super fast shipping

So I have bought multiple bendpak lifts over the years and I plan to buy more. I do have an issue though, when I buy a lift and you supply a lift with holders for extensions, which you always need, but then don't supply the actual extensions that is a problem. So now I have to purchase these separate just to use the lift I just bought. Seems like they should just come with it.

Waiting on the second replacement on a simple funnel! Can't use equipment that's been here over a week now!

Helpful staff

I ordered Extended Aluminum Ramps and they appear to be bending or warping from the weight of the vehicle. Costing $700, one would expect that not to happen.

great experience and was kept up to speed on the delivery timing and as i ordered 3 was able to combine and have all 3 arrive at the same time.

Shipping was fast, and the packing of the crate was very good.
