I ordered a part that I never received even though PartsHawk seems to think it was actually delivered. No response to my email to them from days ago.

They sent my cam in a light box and bent it, kept my money for 2 weeks, another week to check it in, and I don't think they are honest and are going to keep my money, what a mistake. Burn your money before spending it here, at least you can get something from it ( heat ), at least you were warm, which is better than nothing, such a shame ,I was really hoping that this part company was worth while, but they are not.

I Return the product to you. I didn't use it. I can't find the track number and I'm trying to figure out what it costs me with tax. But no one will help me. I keep sending emails to the help desk with photos of my shipping number and tracking number. When it came to me , should be able to look and see what I paid for it. That will help me look at my debit and see if it was refunded

Ordered a remanufactured power steering pump for my 1991 Mercedes 300SL and paid my mechanic $400 to install it. Got it home and discovered it's no good! Leaks between the reservoir and pump. Don't you guys check out your products before you put them up for sale? I know you'll replace it if I go thru the hassle of having the mechanic take it out, ship it back and reinstall another. . . but I can't afford to spend another $600+ for that out/in labor (and don't trust the replace will be any better than this one. No cool, PartsHawk.

Due to an emergency issue, I ordered a cat-back exhaust system for a 22 year-old vehicle that is not available any where else. I received said parts within 4 days - complete, and in good shape. Vehicle was ready before vacation ended.

We ordered and paid for 3 of the same part. When the box arrived, there was only one in the box. I have reached out to customer service and they will not ship replacement parts for the 2 that are missing until they resolve the claim with the shipper. Meanwhile, I have equipment not running while I wait. I understand that the shipper may have made a mistake however, that is not my fault. I ordered and paid for items I did not receive and ultimately that issue is between the company and the shipper. Not with me. I've been told that you will not reship my missing items until the claim is resolved. This is incomprehensible to me from a customer service standpoint. I have paid you for parts I did not receive. Extremely disappointed. The missing parts should have been sent to me immediately.
