I received a water pump for my Toyota 4runner. The gasket was damaged in shipping. Gary from Parts Hawk was very helpful. To replace the gasket cost me 25. 00. I sent pics of the damaged part and receipt for the new gasket. Gary made sure I was fully refunded the cost for the gasket. I will defiantly do business with Parts Hawk in the future.

Terrible service. Still waiting on my part a month later. Wrong part was sent, Ordered an alternator and received a starter. Gary from partshawk refused to ship the correct part that was paid for until I shipped their wrong part back. First they requested pictres, then they refused to ship the part uI ordered an paid for until they they sent I annd returned their starter. They also refused to refund me until they received their wrong part back. Over a month later Im still waiting on the part I ordered andpaid for a month ago.

Their web site would not accept my PO box as a mailing address, yet they still chose to send the shipment via USPS, so upon arrival at my post office it was undeliverable and sent back to the vendor. On top of that, even though it was not my fault, they only refunded my purchase price, minus the shipping cost , even though it was no fault of mine that they wouldn't ship to my PO box.

Stumbled on this business searching for parts for my 1986 Chevy K 20. While not locating the part searched for did fine another needed part. It was much cheaper then any other sites and provided free shipping. It also arrive in record time better than other sites used for other parts ordered.
