I’m almost afraid for this company! They are so good, so polite, so respectful and just down right great at what they do and how they handle things, that I’m almost afraid one of these big corporations are going to come in and offer them stupid amount of money and well deserved! But until then I will continue to use them on a regular basis as I do now! Hands down the best!

This place is unbelievable, extremely quick. I sent my etorque alternator over the weekend. It wasn't scheduled to shipout for 5 days or so. Somehow on i think Tuesday i got an email saying my product was scheduled for delivery that same day an it was at my door before 11 a. m. i think it had only been two days. Amazing

This company is so helpful when you call them! They have excellent customer service. I originally ordered a TCM for my Mazda 3 online from some random site. It’s supposed to be a plug-in play one — it came from China. We installed it and it did stop the hard shifting, but my traction light check engine light, AT light continuously. I didn’t wanna deal with that so I decided to go online and find a better option. I found this company which they actually program it to your vehicle. So my first order- I did a TCM exchange. And I had to give them my VIN number and a bunch of other information to make sure it was flashed correctly. When it arrived and once we installed it, it worked perfect perfectly and we had no dashboard lights on. I have an additional Mazda 3- that I also was having TCM issues with so with that one I did a refurbish on that TCM. Because I have had this Mazda 3 for many years and I knew the TCM had not been replaced. So I mail them my TCM they refurbished it. They did not have to program it to my vehicle because it was already programmed to my vehicle and it had been the one I’ve been using for the last 10 to 12 years. I got that back. We installed it and no hard shifting. It works perfect. This is an excellent company. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Again, I called them a couple times and they were very helpful and helping me figure out what exact model I had. Thank you!!!

Amazing service, the instrument cluster I received was absolutely amazing, had gone for the LED upgrade. Definitely fixed the issue with the BRS going out causing the cluster and radio to lose power. Received the new one and installed it. Looks absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a cluster. They sent the new one pretty quickly, actually received it a day earlier than expected. They sent along the return labels. Installed the new one and had it in the box going out the next day. I also received an email stating they had received the core. Great communication, phenomenal service!

Faced with a $2000+ bill for a dealer supplied TIPM, installed and programed I was looking for an alternate supplier of used or rebuilt TIPMs. Turns out I had the same issues with my 2013 Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo TIPM as many other have had. From the initial call to a very informed, friendly and accommodating young lady to the crazy fast turnaround, this was a great experience not only because of the price. Don't be afraid of this. It actually took me longer to disconnect and reconnect the battery than it did to remove and replace the TIPM. AND, I was not at the mercy of the dealer to program as it was MY TIPM not a new or junk yard unit requiring programming. Truely plug and play.

Incredible company with quick turnaround! I had an issue with my '14 accord ABS Module. Found Circuit Board Medics online. Placed the order and shipped out my module on Tuesday. CBM received it on Wednesday and within 30 mins of delivery, CBM let me know by email that it was in their repair shop. Within 24hrs, I received an email with tracking number. Took FedEx 2 days to deliver even though I was well within the 1-day delivery zone. Followed the instructions sent with module, installed it and started car up and all the warning lights were off. I've been driving it for a month with zero issues. Part can only be bought used or from Honda. Using CBM, saved me thousands of $$$$! Honda wanted $2,013+ tax for the part. If I would have let them install it, they quoted me over $3K.

The cluster for my 2004 Ford F350 was returned like factory new. Everything was nice and CLEAN! My truck has seen significant off road use and you know dust. It gets everywhere. It was evident inside the cluster. The face of the gauges looks like new! I did not expect them to clean the cluster. I thought I was just having the problem relays replaced. The backlights are nice and bright. I have the factory driving lights. When the lights are active, the high beam indicator is supposed to glow dimly. It hasn't worked for years. It does now. Everything worked right out of the box. Totally amazed and very happy!

I felt totally secure and relieved to know they were going to be able to help me. I shipped it to them, they got it the next day. Worked on it and shipped it out right after. I got it back very quick. All the wire bands were new. I highly recommend them and am very thankful for them. My Honda has 297,000 on it and it will now keep rolling……. My ram MGU failed leaving my wife stranded. I took it to a few mechanics with no one could repair. Tried ordering a replacement but was told could be a year or more to get one and cost thousands. These guys made the repair and had it back to me super quick and I was able to get my ram back on the road in a few weeks. I would recommend these guys 100%.

I found these guys after attempting to buy the same t. c. m. from a different online retailer. They dont claim parts are in stock and after taking payment tell you its on back order and will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. . My module from circuit board medics arrived lightning quick. I was provided a return label for my core module. Oh and my car shifts like new again! Ive already recommended these guys to several friends and co workers. 5 stars!

Highly recommend circuitboardmedics! they have excellent customer service, reply to questions quickly and reputable. I was on the fence between ebay and amazon, but their customer service and quick turn around sold me. I could not be happier! I was able to replace the TCM myself in one morning, and test out the TCM received by CBM. I was experiencing rough shifting from 3rdr to 4th, and the AT light would turn on after 4th gear. Also had a CEL P0791. All issues went away after replacing the TCM, she drives like new again! Don't walk, RUN to CBM to get your replacement TCM!

My wife received an estimate of $3,500. 00 to repair the ABS Module on her 2016 Honda Accord. She found Circuit Medics online and we were initially skeptical. They answered the phone, talked to us about the issue and emailed us a Fed Ex Label to get the part in the mail before the weekend. Their 1 day turn around was spot on and the work was excellent. $349 to repair my ABS module plus $225 for my private mechanic to remove and reinstall was the way to go because they did not have to reprogram a new part which also saves money. Working with Circuit Board Medics was easy! Everything was repaired as promised, including the 1 day turnaround! When reinstalled the camera was fixed and working, but it does require re-calibration. I recommend contacting one of your local windshield replacement companies that handle Porsche/Audi/VW glass. Now all of my ADAP features work properly, including lane departure and adaptive cruise control. The VW dealerships can't fix it, but Circuit Board Medics did!

TIPM for 2006 Dodge. Was only showing 5 volts for A/C compressor activation. Was not one of the problems commonly seen. A quick phone call verified that my TIPM could cause that. Order placed and TIPM arrived promptly. Connection and set up verified correction of problem. Core returned within time frame. You're my new go to! Minimal wait for service on phone and kind, courteous technicians. I will be referring to you when asked. Thanks again for your help. Got my Dodge up and running.

I would definitely recommend this company to rebuild the garbage e-Torque system that Dodge cannot fix and if they can find the part cost around $2600 just for the part. With the helpful videos from circuit board medics I was able to pull The MGU unit from my Ram ship it and reinstall in a week. They did a great job and was very thankful to find them on line. The MGU was going out in my 2019 RAM. Once dead, or removed for replacement, the truck is disabled. Right now even dealers are having problems getting the part in a timely manner, and it's very expensive. Having my truck disabled in my garage for any length of time is bad, but Circuit Board Medics made the downtime as limited as possible. It only took about a week to pull the part, ship it out, get it fixed, and get it back and installed. The price was very reasonable, even including expedited shipping. I am really not sure what I would have done without their MGU repair service, if the only other option was to have a non-functional truck for however long it would take to get the part, or spend 3x what it should to get the part, if I could even find it.
