I would definitely recommend this company to rebuild the garbage e-Torque system that Dodge cannot fix and if they can find the part cost around $2600 just for the part. With the helpful videos from circuit board medics I was able to pull The MGU unit from my Ram ship it and reinstall in a week. They did a great job and was very thankful to find them on line. Excellent company! Thank you Circuit Board Medics!!
The MGU was going out in my 2019 RAM. Once dead, or removed for replacement, the truck is disabled. Right now even dealers are having problems getting the part in a timely manner, and it's very expensive. Having my truck disabled in my garage for any length of time is bad, but Circuit Board Medics made the downtime as limited as possible. It only took about a week to pull the part, ship it out, get it fixed, and get it back and installed. The price was very reasonable, even including expedited shipping. I am really not sure what I would have done without their MGU repair service, if the only other option was to have a non-functional truck for however long it would take to get the part, or spend 3x what it should to get the part, if I could even find it.
My eTorque unit went and I was quoted a price over $3000 to replace it with a new unit. After doing some research, I came across Circuit Board Medics as a rebuild option. Knowing that the dealership was just going to replace the bad unit with a new one, that is known for having inherent issues due to it's poor design, rebuilding it with better than factory parts made much more sense to me. I was able to take the unit out myself, send it to CBM, and had it back in a week. Being that it was my original equipment, it didn't require any programming that only a dealership could do. Cost difference saved me almost $2000. 100% would recommend for any Ram owners with the same issue.
Title says it all, I called them they walked me thru process which is suprisingly easy. The timeline they gave me came in a daily earlier than told. They rebuilt my MGU and everything was perfect Great people
Awesome service and wonderful folks to talk with. Was really concerned that this may not fix problems with my 06” Dodge 3500 Dually, reassured that if it didn’t the return process was simple. Also very understand and helpful completing sale. Give them a call they are great!! As it turned out it completely corrected every problem I have been battling with my truck for the past 8 months intermittently ( air bag light on, clutch fan not working, no HVAC, but blower worked, no heated seats, never a check engine light and truck running normal). The weirdest thing and spent countless hours chasing wires, cleaning grounds and connectors everywhere. Wish I would have reached out to Circuit Board Medics sooner! Super EASY install instructions and my truck 100 percent again in no time!! Highly recommend this company all the way around. Shipped fast too!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU !!!
Our 20yo built in refrigerator was completely rebuilt 2 years ago. Then last month the main control board went bad. This board controls everything. OEM boards are no longer available. I sent the control board to Circuit Board Medics. They repaired the circuit board with a 2 year warranty not the standard OEM 1 year. I am very pleased!
We had an excellent experience with Circuit Board Medics. Communication throughout the process was professional and consistent and the turnaround time was quick, which helped minimize downtime for our customer. The rebuilt dash cluster was installed and performed exactly as expected. Most importantly, using the rebuilt unit saved our customer approximately $7,000 compared to the cost of replacement. As a service shop we appreciate having a reliable repair option that provides quality results while keeping costs down for our customers. Based on this experience, we would definitely recommend Circuit Board Medics and will use them again for future repairs.
Very happy with the PCM rebuild service. The turnaround was excellent - they rebuilt and shipped the PCM back the same day they received it. I intentionally waited about six months before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure the rebuild actually held up over time. I’m happy to say the rebuilt PCM has worked perfectly in my 2007 Ford Fusion and has continued to work without any issues. The instructions were clear and made it easy to understand what I needed to do before and after reinstalling the PCM. Communication and feedback throughout the process were also very good. This repair saved me thousands of dollars compared with the alternatives and probably saved me from having to replace the car altogether, especially since the dealership was not interested in repairing the original PCM issue. Very happy with the turnaround, rebuild quality, and overall service. I would definitely recommend them.
I have a 2013 Honda that had an ABS issue that lit up the dash with multiple lights. The replacement part was $2,000. They fixed my current part for $350 and it has worked perfectly. Great service and great solution. They were thorough in evaluating my problem prior to shipping it to them and their staff was extremely knowledgeable and concerned for my experience. It’s a glimmer of what all service companies could be and probably has a lot to do with their South Carolina location with people who care. I highly recommend.
ABS Module. If you ever have a problem in your car, contact Circuit Board Medics in Greenville, SC. A new ABS module will cost approximately $4,000 to replace in an auto shop. I had a local auto shop analyze and remove the ABS unit. Circuit Board Medics rebuilt it for me for approximately $400. They shipped it back to me in less than 1 week. Then I paid a local auto shop to place it in the vehicle. It works perfectly. They are the most professional outfit I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They offer a variety of services. I highly recommend them!
I have a 2007 Toyota Highlander climate control unit that was not working. It was stuck on temperature 72 and the fan was stuck on low. No matter how much I turned the temperature knob or the fan knob, it would not change. I called Circuit Board Medics first before sending it to them to get all the information needed. They were extremely helpful, and professional. After talking to them, I felt comfortable sending it to them, knowing that my unit was in good hands. They fixed my unit and mailed it back to me in working condition. I’ve had the unit now for over 30 days and with temperatures over 100°, the unit works like a charm! Thank you Circuit Board Medics you guys are A++
My 2004 Silverado instrument cluster was rebuilt and it is now better than new. Great service. I would recommend.
These guys are great. Found them after weeks of waiting on the ram dealership to even give me an eta on parts. Shipped it to them, they were super supportive and spot on with their communication. All the way down to even calling me back to update me about an additional part that was needed. Did take about 4-5 weeks full turn around from phone call to delivery. BUT this is much much faster than not knowing or even being able to tell me maybe when from dodge. Price was about a 1/3 of a new one. Not cheap in comparison to an standard alternator replacement but much cheaper than what I was quoted from the dodge dealership. We have a fleet of dodges at the company where I work and i'm sure we will run into this problem again. I will be calling them back for return business. - Jason
The refurbished control circuit board for my KitchenAid refrigerator received from Circuit Board Medics work perfectly. That control board had been discontinued so ordering a new one was not an option. The refurbished board brought a ±20-yr old high-end $10k refrigerator back to life that otherwise may have seen its final days.
My local mechanic pulled the ABS and I shipped it overnight to Circuit Board Medics. They received it next day, did the work in one day and overnighted it back to me. I was back up and running just 3 days later. I couldn't be happier with the service. Saved me $3k compared to the dealer quote!
THE BEST PLACE I'VE EVER DONE Business this is the highest rating I can give. There is no better.
We recently had an ABS module rebuilt, and it ended up being the most cost-effective and easy option we could have chosen. I was a little nervous about using a mail-in rebuild service at first, but the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was excellent—they responded quickly whenever I had a question, kept me updated throughout the process, and had our module rebuilt and on the way back to us in one day. Everything worked perfectly once we reinstalled it. We now know exactly where we’ll send any future ABS modules if one of our other vehicles has the same issue. Highly recommend!
I don't write a lot of reviews, but CBM is deserving of another good one. I was skeptical at first, but the necessity of needing the transmission control module for my 2012 Mazda 5 forced my hand. CBM made the process smooth from purchase to core return and the part has worked wonderfully since install. Will definitely use them again.
I've used Circuit Board Medics for years and they've never done me wrong. I own an auto repair shop and not only do they offer an affordable option for my customers but they also give me a great repair so that I don't have any comebacks!
My experience with Circuit Board Medics was stellar and could not have been better. They spent time on the phone with me and answered all my questions. I ordered a rebuilt ECM and it arrived across the country 2 days later with the prepaid return address label as I ordered. Local mechanics said it wouldn’t fix rough automatic transmission shifting as claimed. Well, it fixed it perfectly. $300 instead of a new transmission which has nothing wrong with it. It’s a no-brainer. This outfit is totally on the level and they will provide technical advice to boot. Try and buy that elsewhere. 10 star rating.
