I sent Circuit Board Medics (CBM) my Polaris 500 HOX2EFI Power Distribution Module (PDM) for rebuild. They provided outstanding service throughout — promptly emailing to confirm the exact board version, identifying an extra component that needed replacement (outside their standard procedure), and asking for my approval before proceeding. The repaired PDM was returned quickly, re-installed, and is now working flawlessly. Their communication was excellent via both email and phone calls before, during, and even after the repair. CBM expressed criteria for a refund/discount if the rebuild and additional component replacement did not resolve the issues, but this was not necessary! Highly recommend, would refer to a friend, and if I could go back I’d gladly send it again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Met the 5 star reviews that I read - I opted for quick ship and one-day turnaround and they had my blinking Ram 1500 console back to me and repaired within three days (also repaired a background light in the I didn't know I had that had never worked) - The sheer number of positive reviews made me suspicious so I called to talk to a human before committing - Gotta say, they followed through exactly as I hoped and saved me over $2100 compared to mechanic's quote -- I promised myself I'd review if they came through, so here ya go. . . .

I waited 2 and a half years to submit this review. Why? To see if the tail light is still working. IT IS. That is the core issue. However the person I talked to on the phone was wonderful. She made the whole process easy. She’s as great as the tail light. Thanks.

Circuit Board Medics made fixing my instrument cluster on my 07 F250 so easy and I'm glad I found them and utilized their exchange option. I was able to get a new cluster ordered and shipping the same day, they answered my questions on the phone without dealing with an automated system, and made it easy to return my old cluster core without charging me upfront. Received the turbo actuator quickly, in perfect condition, and was super easy to install after watching the video that Circuit Board Medics posted on how to do it. They are also the cheapest compared to other places for the exact same thing, by a couple hundred dollars. 10/10 recommend ordering a remanufactured turbo actuator for a 6. 7 Cummins from Circuit Board Medics!

I had the VSC, Steering and ABS lights coming on and off intermittently, pointing to the VCS module on my 2014 Honda Accord. Circuit Board Medics was familiar with this failure mode and understood what to do to repair it. I removed the device and shipped to them per the instructions on their website. Upon receipt they verified the failure codes I had recovered and fixed the issue. It's now reinstalled and works great just over a week later. All the people I spoke with and dealt with at Circuit Board Medics were courteous, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for any circuit board repairs you may need.

My overall experience was quick and painless. Removing only the module made the repair easy. Ordering was simple and the turnaround was extremely fast aswell. . . . part sent out Friday, Received Mon and was fixed and on its way back by Tues. Got it Wed. afternoon and it was installed back on my dad's car and we were off driving in 10 mins. One word “Outstanding”!! My RAV4 transmission started periodically having shifting issues. Vehicle has 100,100 miles. I had a few transmission shops check it out, couldn’t find the problem. Against my own better judgement, I took it to Toyota dealership. They could not find a problem with it being that no codes showed after a scan, told me I needed new transmission! I didn’t believe them, this vehicle has been serviced and garaged for 20 years! Started doing research on line for concerns about 2002 RAV4 transmissions. I was able to find the original bulletin that Toyota released in 2006 about the ECM problems with this model. Surely this Toyota dealership had access to this information but instead tried to sell me a new transmission. I found Circuit Board Medics online, read reviews and contacted them. They were very knowledgeable about the ECM problems with this model. As a last ditch effort to fix my RAV4 transmission, I made the decision to send my ECM to them. The process was very easy to understand. I sent it to them on a Friday and received it back the following Friday. I installed it, followed the instructions that they sent me, said a prayer and went for a drive. I have been ecstatic how well the transmission has performed, like new!!! Do not waste your time or money at a dealership!!! Circuit Board Medics saved me thousands of dollars! I was ready to trade my RAV4 in and get another vehicle. Now my RAV4 is good for another 100,000 miles!! Thank You Soooo Much!!

I never leave reviews!! This company deserves one! Outstanding experience. I have a 2016 ram 3500 with 6. 7! Actuator went out and they have the factory reman for cheaper than anywhere else! They made it so easy to rent the programmer and the install instructions were super simple!! Shipping was fast and sending back core and computer was super easy! From start to finish, my experience with circuit board medics has been great. The only issue was that when my order was delivered, it was dropped off by FedEx at the wrong house in my neighborhood. Of course that was not the fault of Circuit Board Medics, but when I called customer service to follow up, the service professional went out of his way to find out exactly where the package was mis-delivered to and even sent me the GPS location of the address. I was so sad when my oven broke and the repair man told me it was the circuit board- and that they were no longer manufactured. After a few failed attempts on eBay, I found Circuit Board Medics and thought why not give it a try. I paid for same day service, and bought 2 day shipping directly from CBM. I was blown away that during the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas my circuit board was received, repaired and arrived back at my house in less than a week! I plugged it in and my oven is like new! The display is as bright as it was the day we bought it. I have had this Kenmore gas range and double oven for 20 years, and was heart broken when the main oven stopped heating. To replace it with something similar would have been thousands of dollars. CBM saved the day!

Sent in a Ford Edge PCM for repair, the whole process was very easy. Simply pay for the service, package the defective part up, ship it out and soon you'll have a repaired item shipped back to your door in no time. The outside of the part was even cleaned making it look like brand new again. Will gladly send more electronic devices their way knowing they can repair them and having them working like new again in no time.

Easiest process! I was a little skeptical that it only cost 1/3 of what it would have at a mechanic. I wasn't 100% sure this was even the problem. I figured I didn't have much to lose. Shipping to and from was included in the price. No hidden fees. No up selling. I got the part back put it in and all of the problems were gone. I honestly didn't expect that.
