I am no auto mechanic but fairly mechanically inclined so I thought I would give this a try. I originally bought a cheap knockoff from amazon. I got it installed and it would not calibrate - don’t waste your time So I returned it and ordered one from Circuit Board Medics. I couldn’t have been happier! I paid a little more and it arrived the next day. Since I already had the truck apart, I had the new part on and calibrated in about 30 minutes! The instructions and video were clear and detailed. It worked perfectly and the check engine light cleared. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a preprogrammed FICM with the atlas 40. My old FICM had been on its last leg longer than I realized. Very hard cold starts, missing while cold. Finally my truck threw a code and I started monitoring my ficm voltage which was extremely low The new unit woke my truck right up. No hard cold starts, no missing, better throttle response, and the best bonus is better fuel mileage. Usually in the winter my mpg drops to 10-11 mpg with warmup idling. I am averaging 14-16mpg which is huge if you ask me. Especially driving shorter trips. Shipping was quick, and they sent a return confirmation once my core arrived. I love that they don’t charge for the core up front, only if you don’t send one back. I couldn’t find a better priced FICM anywhere else. Hands down would use this company again. Already recommended this company to my best friend who also has a 6. 0. Get the atlas 40 tune if you’re on the fence. You won’t regret it.

My instrument cluster had issues, problems are expected with a 23 year old truck with 260,000 miles on it. My engine and transmission temperature guages went straight to mid range on a cold start, the parking break warning indicator never indicated, some of the display was dim and the accessory timer had a mind of its own. In desperation, I pulled it out and re-flowed the solder on the board. I found a couple components to be loose, but my efforts did not solve any problems. I sent the assembly to CBM. I was skeptical that they could fix it. The turn around time was so fast I almost got whiplash! The cost was reasonable. My instrument cluster is a thing of beauty now! All the indicator lamps work and most importantly the transmission and engine temperature guages work! I am so impressed with the service that I have told all my friends with instrument panel problems AND I am going to have my Overhead Trip Computer repaired as well. It is dim and unreadable in daylight. Pull your cluster, order the repair, pack it up and in TWO Days you will be cruising in style again.

I can’t say enough good about this company. The circuit board that I needed has been discontinued and I was looking at purchasing a new washer and dryer. I found this company and figured I would give them a try. They confirmed the problem that I was having upon receiving my board, repaired it and tested it in a washer that they had there and then sent it back to me. I received it back 4 days after I originally sent it to them and installed it and my washer now works good as new. I can’t say enough good about them and HIGHLY recommend them.

I wasn’t expecting them to be able to repair the cluster to be honest, since it’s a 25 year old part but they knocked it out of the park. Turnaround time was on point, had it shipped out the day after receiving it. Not only did they fix the issues, but the cluster is now bright in areas it was slightly dimming. It acts like a brand new cluster. Instead of buying a new cluster for 4x the cost or finding a junk yard cluster that might have its own issues. I’d highly recommend going through these professionals. I emailed them with a couple questions and a rep got back to me within a couple hours. My cluster had been completely out and I didn’t have gauges for almost a year until I sent circuit board medics my cluster and they sent it back in under a week. Cluster works better than new and couldn’t be happier considering it’s my daily driver. I’ll be sure to send any of my electronics to them if I have anymore issues.

The initial evaluation was very quick. In my case, I knew the odds were low of a repair and that turned out to be true. They were able to find a replacement for me right away (one that did not require reprogramming, for reasons I’m still unsure of). Plug and play when I got it back! I’m very grateful of the service they provided!

This is my second time using circuit board medics, the 1st time I used them was in 2012 on my 2005 escape. They repaired my PCM super fast and had no issues once reinstall. Fast forward to 2025,same car same issue, but this time my PCM was wrecked. Got a remanufactured on from circuit board medics within 3days put it in, key worked and car is running perfect. I did have a check engine e light come on after and called circuit board medics and their customer service was fantastic, I told them the OBD code and they told me what to check and it ended up my fault not on not reconnecting a vacuum line. Once I found that, check engine light went out and cars running great.

I saved about $300 bucks by sending in my Polaris computer for repairs! They did an awesome job and very fast turnaround!!!

I'd been having issues with my 2013 Taurus stumbling/missing a little bit (126,000 miles). I changed plugs, which helped for a short while. Then I bought new coils and plugs. That too worked for a short while. While doing more research, I discovered that the issue may be caused by a damaged ECU due to miss-fires. I was also getting a P0356 code. In addition, I found out that the coils and plugs I purchased were counterfeit. Before replacing them, I sent the ECU to Circuit Board Medics. Glad I did. The whole process from sending the ECU to getting it back was less than a week. The best part is that its plug and play. No additional steps. I've got everything back in place and have put 2000 miles on the car without issue. They are very quick to respond to questions and their work speaks for itself.

I thought all was lost when one of the ovens on my Jenn Air died. I paid for two service calls, and both said I needed a new motherboard; which they no longer make. The entire process was simple and fast. I had no issues with anything other than my own nerves and that was taken care of with the fast service and by the person I talked to before sending the cluster in. This cluster is for my 04 Harley Davidson f350 that belonged to my dad before he passed away so I was nervous the cluster would get damaged or lost but everything went as it was supposed to. Shipped out on Monday and received back on Thursday. Followed online removal video and everything went great. The module repair cleared all my dashboard light issues. I would recommend this module repair company to anyone having ABS issues that normal brake repairs don’t resolve.
