Had to review the excellent customer service I received from Robin Odom in regards to my (self inflicted) ordering issues. I had ordered a 6000tlx originally but quickly realized it was too long for several of my vehicles. It was on Friday 7/3/26 so I was in a rush to get the holiday sale amount for the bundle and miscalculated . I sweated it out all weekend and called first thing on Monday in hopes of at least cancelling the original order before it shipped. I shouldn't have worried, as Robin took care of everything. She changed my order to the 6000tl and then added on the extension kit I needed and had the cost difference all calculated out without even having to cancel the original order. She sent a link to pay the difference and boom, I was all good! I received all the accessories but hadn't seen anything about the lift itself, so I pestered Robin again and she pretty much instantly responded with the shipping info and when it would be on its way! I am super impressed with all the assistance Robin gave me, not only to fix my screw ups, but to keep me in the loop on shipping of all the items! Kudos to her for a great experience and am looking forward to my new lift!

Sarah Gordon and Ray Ibarra took great care of us. I had some frustrations early on and they figured out a way too leave me completely satisfied. Will be using them again for future purchase when ready. Cant wait too see their lift in action

Bought 7000TL model and the hydraulic tank thread was damaged. They immediately sent me a replacement. Im very happy with the product quality. One thing doesnt work for me - it can’t lift my VW Touareg. The distance between lift points are too long. Highly recommend the product

It was great working with Robert Ladosky from Wrenchers. He answered all my questions and communication was great. He always got right back with me. I’ve looked at many lifts and settled for Bendpak. I liked the safety features, perfect height for my garage, very good quality and the pink color. Looking forward to using it for many years.

after speaking extensively with a customer service rep to explain the issue and seal i needed, this is the seal i was sent as they could not figure out what else to send me. it is not the correct seal and i am still unable to use the turbo blaster. it seems to be that they do not sell that seal, so my only option is to buy a whole new head unit. so i bought a portable seal blaster from amazon for half the price. Im very disappointed in bendpak, and have spent a lot of money with them over the years, but their support for the items they sell has never been great. the customer service reps are fine and nice, but bendpak just doesn't offer easy ways to service what they sell. i will keep it in mind next time i buy shop equipment.

Website was well designed, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order, but unfortunately it was lost with UPS and then things went downhill from there. I was promised several callbacks while they tried to figure out where the product was and nobody ever called. I had to make all the contacts. The last time I finally got a hold of a young lady named Erica Levin who actually showed some concern and resolved my issue. If the company is reading this Erica is the one who saved me as a customer.

I called bc my quickjack pump wasn’t working. Your tech guy had me check all these things, then insisted this part would fix it. It didn’t fix it. Then you guys had me chop the pump into pieces basically trouble shoot it, only to tell me it would cost me $950 on top of the useless solenoid you already sold me. Then I was told I’d be charged a 25% restocking fee to return the part that you said would fix it. Interesting business model. Thank you for leaving me completely dead in the water with 2 useless parts.

Had a problem with a quick jack not releasing in the down position. I called customer service and a genttleman buy the name of Piero Motta helped me through every thing . Excellant service explaining what and how to check parts, always got right back to me. After walking me through alot of tests confirmrd it to be the release solenoid. He sent me one at no charge even though the lift was out of warrenty, installed and all working again. Would definitely buy again from Bendpak. Thank you again for your help, Mark Chase
