after speaking extensively with a customer service rep to explain the issue and seal i needed, this is the seal i was sent as they could not figure out what else to send me. it is not the correct seal and i am still unable to use the turbo blaster. it seems to be that they do not sell that seal, so my only option is to buy a whole new head unit. so i bought a portable seal blaster from amazon for half the price. Im very disappointed in bendpak, and have spent a lot of money with them over the years, but their support for the items they sell has never been great. the customer service reps are fine and nice, but bendpak just doesn't offer easy ways to service what they sell. i will keep it in mind next time i buy shop equipment.

Website was well designed, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order, but unfortunately it was lost with UPS and then things went downhill from there. I was promised several callbacks while they tried to figure out where the product was and nobody ever called. I had to make all the contacts. The last time I finally got a hold of a young lady named Erica Levin who actually showed some concern and resolved my issue. If the company is reading this Erica is the one who saved me as a customer.

I called bc my quickjack pump wasn’t working. Your tech guy had me check all these things, then insisted this part would fix it. It didn’t fix it. Then you guys had me chop the pump into pieces basically trouble shoot it, only to tell me it would cost me $950 on top of the useless solenoid you already sold me. Then I was told I’d be charged a 25% restocking fee to return the part that you said would fix it. Interesting business model. Thank you for leaving me completely dead in the water with 2 useless parts.

Bad experience!

I purchased the BendPak GrandPrix GP-9F 4 post lift. The instructions I received were an outdated version that was no longer correct. I have had missing hardware for the installation. The worst part is one of the caster wheel brackets was fabricated incorrectly and won’t fit. BendPak won’t correct their mistake and now I must send this part to a fabricator to cut and weld it correctly. Unreal

Had a problem with a quick jack not releasing in the down position. I called customer service and a genttleman buy the name of Piero Motta helped me through every thing . Excellant service explaining what and how to check parts, always got right back to me. After walking me through alot of tests confirmrd it to be the release solenoid. He sent me one at no charge even though the lift was out of warrenty, installed and all working again. Would definitely buy again from Bendpak. Thank you again for your help, Mark Chase

Bendpak original parts and better price

Bendpak should vet the shipping company better, I wasted 6 hrs traveling back and forth picking up the correct lift after ABF failed to deliver.

Great to work with.

This lift has trouble lifting a 4000 Lb car . it vibrates and shutters and groans. Going up . I know it slower than the 220 volt . I have called Bendpak 4 times first time was told a tec . Be calling back 1 week later no call . I called 3 more times and was left on hold for 1 hr still no answer . Now I only get there recording What mistake buying Bendpak
