Product is good mostly, sometimes the cups come stuck together and can’t be separated. The sleeves come open sometimes so you spill your cups on the floor when trying to remove them from the box. Lead times keep increasing, even though the lead time is 3 weeks, it’s often 4-5 weeks before you get the product.

The end product looks great. The ordering process was fairly easy. Unfortunately, my order got lost somewhere in the ether, and my cups never began production, but showed delivered. Support helped quickly after I called to check on the status. Also, I ordered the black tamper seals, but received the red. Will order again, but a bit nervous.

I love that YBC reviews my orders and reaches out to me if I ordered lids that don’t match the cups that I ordered. Something that seems simple, but most companies don’t do-it saves us both time and money!

I ordered custom cups and received custom cups with yourbrandcafe. com website printed on the goods. Why would a customer wants goods that advertise another company website? No notice, no option to opt out and no customer service to rectify the issue. Horrible experience!

The cups came out perfectly and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend. Prices are also very reasonable.
