Absolutely love my custom logo cold coffee cups! The quality is amazing, the lids fit perfectly, and the logo came out flawless. They look so professional and elevate the entire client experience at my salon-highly recommend!

Cups look great. I think there needs to be more clarification on the rush orders. I was told there was $100 rush fee so I ordered 2 cases then afterwards was told it was $100/case. I only needed 1 case rushed, but thought since it was being rushed would utilize the rush fee then was unable to change it right after I submitted it. I also think the lids should come with them or free shipping. The shipping was almost as much as the lids were.

Our cups turned out wonderful! We will be ordering from you again.

First time I ordered the customer service was amazing which led me to continue ordering, this last time is was terrible, no communication, no response, no returned calls or emails I spent 2 weeks just trying to figure out where my order was.

My only suggestion would be less wait time to get the product. It takes almost a month to 6 weeks to get the cups once ordered.

I love YBC so much! I always recommend them to anyone who asks about our cups. The products are beautiful and high quality, and the pricing is fair. We use the full color double wall hot cups, and the full color iced cups. I also love their “Supply” site with blank cups and lids, they are just as great of quality and have the best price point I’ve seen anywhere. Thank you, YBC! My only wish is that they made more products so I can buy more from them! (Custom 6oz hot cups and coffee bags would be my dream)
