The finished product was beautiful— but, boy, the wait time is long! It took every day of the six weeks, and I’m glad we paid extra for expedited shipping or it would have taken even longer.

Had a delay in production but was not informed. This set my product back by several weeks and had to request to be expidited to arrive in time due to delay.

Took a really long time to receive my product after I had submitted my fixed pdf

I ordered the cups and lids at the same time, but received the cups almost 10 days after the lids. All items were well past the 2-3 days quoted. Not an impressive way to treat a new customer.
