I love beis but find their rewards system disappointing. Points disappear if you don’t make a purchase for 6 months. I don’t need a new bag every 6 months. There are times when a new line comes out and I buy multiple pieces and then a time when I don’t need anything. I have lost THOUSANDS of points that could have been redeemed for new items or discounts but unfortunately I didn’t need a bag in that time period. They also now require a $75 minimum spend to use points. Which basically means I would have to buy additional bags I don’t need in order to use my rewards. I have been a beis customer from the beginning before a rewards program even existed and have the OG weekender. Since then I’ve purchased 5 roller luggage’s, and own/gifted over 15 bags and accessories. To have lost so many points because I bought 3 bags at one time rather than spacing them out is seriously disappointing.

Bags look great. The best part about this company is the customer service.

I just started using it, and it's going well so far. The large pocket can hold a lot - surprisingly. The front pocket is a little tiny: it only hold my house and car keys.
