Well printed cups. Customer service helped us when we needed to receive our order within a certain timeframe. They came right on time! Only issue is color is a little lighter than expected. Overall, happy with them.

We love our branded cups! The logo is beautifully printed and the cups are high quality.

The first rush order of sleeves we received were not the correct color. Unfortunately even though Your Brand Cafe made it right by resending a new shipment, we didn't receive them in time for our event. The customer service and quality of product and printing was great and we will definitely keep them in mind for future orders.

We have done multiple custom cup and sleeve orders with YBC. We loved the product and until now have not had a problem with the lack of customer service. We received a custom item that was printed poorly. We reported it via email, and the "customer relations specialist" was curt in replying that our rather detailed submission was "vague and misleading". Those were his exact words. He said he couldn't help me until the order number was given - which I had noted in the subject line of the email he was replying to. I have called their customer service line multiple times and nobody ever answers. I have emailed customer service from their help page, and have not heard back (1 week and counting). Absurd.

The cups are nice, printed exactly how we sent it. The only feedback I have that is they are a little thin for hot drinks.
