Poor costumer service. Graphic designer didn’t put any effort on getting a good design for cup. I also claimed they sent me the wrong lids and they didn’t allow us to return it even tho it was not our mistake!

Same order that I've been placing for 2 years took way to long in processing. No updates or status. I don't think I'll order again due to timing issues.

Cups look great. A large amount of them get stuck together and are impossible to pull apart. Unfortunately they won’t refund unless it is reported within a small window which is difficult for a small business that doesn’t go through the cups that fast.
