We love the cups. The quality of print is also great. I was hoping a reorder would ship faster than our first order. I’ll have to adjust my reorder process for next time. I highly recommend!!

I gave two stars. I ordered stickers two months ago and haven’t received them. They are actually a reorder so no need for art to be approved which means I had hoped to have them in production sooner . Customer service is great about answering questions but production is a horrible experience. My very first order in May — I had to wait because thr machine broke down. I love thr products and quality but production is killing the experience and business. Hope this helps!

Delivery times are better than when we first started using you guys. Only complaint we have is in every other sleeve of cups, theres typically a few cups that stick together and we either crack them trying to separate them or just throw them away. Not a deal breaker. Just wanted you all to know.

I ordered 3 sets of coffee cups. 2 were reorders and the third was new. They forgot about my new cup order until I called a week out and thank goodness it made it to my event on time. I had an issue with my previous order as well.

Well printed cups. Customer service helped us when we needed to receive our order within a certain timeframe. They came right on time! Only issue is color is a little lighter than expected. Overall, happy with them.
