Great chair, easy to assemble, but Elemax unit cheap!

Pros: The memory foam seat cushion is great! The adjustability is great! Build quality is fantastic! Cons: the upgraded wherls add height to the seat. Ended up being too tall for my short legs. So, I purchase aftermarket wheels from Amazon. Back rest vrtical adjustability needs two more clicks for my torso structure to get the lumbar support in exactly the right place. Adjustable armrests have inconsistent build quality. Right side moves very freely while the left side is tight and difficult to adjust accurately.

My footrest, in concert with my wing back xChair, completes the most comfortable seating arrangement I have ever used in my 75 years. I couldn't be happier. Thanks xChair! You folks are the bomb! Worth every penny!

I purchased your chair in December 24. After getting it it was too high. You sent me a lower riser. I still find the chair very Uncomfortable. I am 5'2" and I still have to sit forward on the chair in order for my feet to be on the floor. Because of this my back does not meet the chair. I don't this this chair was designed for short people. I would not buy again

Very happy with my purchase. Took a little bit to assemble but got through it. Now I have a modern chair, it replaced my grandfathers chair. Ironically it says on direction assembly sheet “this is not your grandfathers office chair” thought that was kind of funny. Nonetheless I’m happy that I purchased this brand.

I broke an arm on my chair. I called for a replacement arm and expected to pay for the part. The customer service representative reminded me that the chair comes with a 14 year warranty. She quickly shipped replacement for both arms without charge. I received the parts the following week. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service.
