Took a bit to get here but once arrived was super easy to assemble and adjust to what was comfortable. Will be buying more.

It's a great chair with unusable assembly instructions included. You will need to connect the dots yourself on proper assembly.

Chairs were well packaged with all necessary hardware (even spares) to assemble the chairs. With the emailed video, and packaged hard copy instructions, assembly went smoothly. A brief emailed video demonstrated adjusting the chairs for maximum comfort. Well made chairs.

Purchased two chairs. Quality is exceptional. Ability to adjust chair for individual also 5 star. Only fault is the massage package. Does not deliver adequate massage even at high setting. Needs improvement.

The chair is very comfortable, but i'm 5'3" and I wish it lowered more so my feet would touch the ground comfortably.

It took a minute for me to adjust to it. After learning how to work the massager, IT'S GREAT.

I am 6’4” and 225 pounds. The product came in damaged, however, when I called, they immediately sent out new parts that weredamaged in shipping. So customer service is fantastic. In regards to the chair itself, the cold in the back works nice. However, I barely feel the massage. Whether it’s on low intensity, or high intensity, barely noticeable at all. In regards to the arm rest, tilt, seat, those so far seem to be fantastic. it did take a couple of tries to get the height mechanism to work. I don’t know if that is a flaw, or just that the chair has to adjust to the shock. I felt like I almost broke the tab when getting that to work. the 360° armrest, moves a little too much. However, after watching the instructions, I found how to lock it in place for the most part. all in all, a little pricey, a nice chair, and it keeps up with the other high-end expensive chairs on the market.
