Totally impressed and Happy> Arrived much sooner than expected, or promised.

After five years of service I needed a new chair cylinder to replace the original slowly leaking cylinder. The Free Shipping was an added bonus when you consider the weight of the cylinder being sent. Once received, I reached out to customer service for directions on removing and replacing the cylinder. I was promptly sent detailed directions so I would not damage my chair during replacement. The price was so good on the cylinder I ordered another one for future use as I believe I will get many more years of service from the best chair I have ever purchased, the X2 K-Sport.

Good looking, well-built chair with premium components. The instructions could have been a little clearer, but c/s reps were prompt and efficient. My only disappointment is how hard the seat is especially since I ordered with the memory foam upgrade. Perhaps the upgrade didn't get applied.

The X-Tech Executive is an extremely comfortable chair. By far the most comfortable I’ve sat in, especially over long periods of time. The only downfall is the Elena’s system. The most lacking in the timer on the heating, cooling & vibration. For a product built to sit in for long hours, only getting 15 minutes of comfort at a time is extremely underwhelming. Secondly, the “massage” is really just a light vibration. I bought this particular chair for the seat comfort first & foremost. And I’m extremely happy with that. But the cooling part of the Elena’s is what broke the tie over other chairs, & at the $1700+ price point, I definitely expect more insight into product development.

The overall process was good. Custom order and selection was easy. Shipping was a little delayed but this time of the year is to be expected. Overall I would but from them again.

Comfortable and easy to use

It is very comfortable but difficult to put together. Would pay to have it done if available.

I had an issue with my current chair and reached out for help to resolve it. Customer service rep was prompt, knowledgeable, and provided an alternative solution since my product was no longer available. I highly recommend this company.

Easy to order online and fast shipping

The chair is comfortable & nice. I was disappointed with the assembly instructions; not clear enough. The chair should be much easier to assemble.

Perfect chair

The product was great and shipping was on time, and the chair was properly secured in the box. I love the material. The only downside for me was securing the bolts from the back of the chair to the seat. One side was perfectly fit, and the other off, so I had to force the bolts a little bit to fit.

Great customer service. The fulfilment process was poor; I was billed before the item was shipped and the shipping came 2 weeks late. Plus the wrong accessory was shipped separately. Nonetheless, the customer service reps bent over backwards to support me.

I bought 10 of the X3 Chairs 5 year ago for my office because I was tired of buying my office new chairs every few years. All the employees love them and it has created great employee satisfaction. The chair I was using had a problem within the warranty period of 5 years, and the warranty process was so easy. Totally confirmed my decision to buy these chairs and as we hire new employees - we will be buying more.
