the overall chair is very good the cushion and swivel are excellent , my suggestion is to upgrade the armrests so they have less play and more cushion. thank you

Ordering was easy, replacing the piston was not, so easy. I had to search online to find a video, which stated that I might have to use a hammer and large pipe wrench to remove the piston. Which was true. The piston will feel struck, and does need to be hit several times to dislodge the rollers. Then a large adjustable pipe wrench was required to free the pitson from the chair seat. Once that was done, the new piston slipped in easily. Folks should not have to search for instructions when ordering directly from the OEM.

Can't say enough of how satisfied I am with not just the products; I currently have a beautiful red leather chair with the upgraded wheels (great option), my new file cabinet with leather cushion, and the cable plugs. . . I also have referred your great products to many friends who also now love their choices too. And BTW customer service is awesome . . . phone available and with ease. Thanks x-chair . . . .
