Only thing I would have done differently is to have purchased it earlier. Unfortunately, it didn't make it on his birthday.

At the suggestion of your tech support, I recently order replacement FS wheels for my X-Chair because it was having a difficult time rolling on my office floor. Now my chair is rolling like the first day I got it. I couldn't be more pleased.

This chair has made a huge difference in the pain in my back. Working 10 hours a day at home takes it toll.
