Can't say enough of how satisfied I am with not just the products; I currently have a beautiful red leather chair with the upgraded wheels (great option), my new file cabinet with leather cushion, and the cable plugs. . . I LOVE MY X-CHAIR. It is FABULOUS, COMFORTABLE, and GREAT SUPPORT. What is remarkably helpful for me given the issues with my arthritic neck & shoulder is that I elevate the armrests separately to provide extra support on my right side while leaving my left armrest in the normal position. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED which is why I purchased the matching footrest but sadly that is a disappointment. Win some, lose some. . . .

Very pleased with the chair, all the specific items that were requested to make it a custom chair were delivered as expected. The only thing I wish is that instead of having the controls for the heat, cold and massage on the back of the chair, I wish there was a remote control. The headrest adjustment is very hard, you have to apply a lot of force to move it up or down.

Love this chair! The website has to fully load to be able to add anything to your cart but once its there, you will not be disappointed! Fast shipping, easy assembly, fantastic chair, endless hours of computer time without pain = priceless. Warning: once you have this chair you will want yo get more of it in your life!

I am disappointed that it took so long to get the chair then the wrong hardware was included, so I've not been able to get really comfortable in my chair yet. The representative that we talked to on the phone to report the hardware issue was very friendly, understanding and helpful in getting the new hardware shipped out.

Totally impressed and Happy> Arrived much sooner than expected, or promised.

After five years of service I needed a new chair cylinder to replace the original slowly leaking cylinder. The Free Shipping was an added bonus when you consider the weight of the cylinder being sent. Once received, I reached out to customer service for directions on removing and replacing the cylinder. I was promptly sent detailed directions so I would not damage my chair during replacement. The price was so good on the cylinder I ordered another one for future use as I believe I will get many more years of service from the best chair I have ever purchased, the X2 K-Sport.

Good looking, well-built chair with premium components. The instructions could have been a little clearer, but c/s reps were prompt and efficient. My only disappointment is how hard the seat is especially since I ordered with the memory foam upgrade. Perhaps the upgrade didn't get applied.

The X-Tech Executive is an extremely comfortable chair. By far the most comfortable I’ve sat in, especially over long periods of time. The only downfall is the Elena’s system. The most lacking in the timer on the heating, cooling & vibration. For a product built to sit in for long hours, only getting 15 minutes of comfort at a time is extremely underwhelming. Secondly, the “massage” is really just a light vibration. I bought this particular chair for the seat comfort first & foremost. And I’m extremely happy with that. But the cooling part of the Elena’s is what broke the tie over other chairs, & at the $1700+ price point, I definitely expect more insight into product development.
