Shipped and delivered on time. Very easy to put together.

The ordering process was easy and fast; shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it was worth the wait!

fine

Great chair, wonderful support.

Excellent work chair, comfortable, easy to assemble, my husband had an X-chair for a long time and he bought the new one for his office and got me one too... loving it!

The chair was packed well for shipping and was shipped as advertised.

I like the X-chair, very comfortable. Seat and seat adjustment should be a little higher. Should not have to use pillows to sit higher, especially on virtual meeting calls.

The X-Chair is perfect for the office and comfort!

Shipment was timely and chair arrived in perfect condition.

Their customer service went above and beyond for me!

shipping is good it arrived like in 2 weeks and im way over in NY

Great products and customer service!

Quick shipping

quick and helpful

Hey great job I was able to track my package all the way on FedEx app from San Diego, California to Columbus, Ohio very happy customer Thank you X-Chair 😊

Only thing I would have done differently is to have purchased it earlier. Unfortunately, it didn't make it on his birthday.

At the suggestion of your tech support, I recently order replacement FS wheels for my X-Chair because it was having a difficult time rolling on my office floor. Now my chair is rolling like the first day I got it. I couldn't be more pleased.

This chair has made a huge difference in the pain in my back. Working 10 hours a day at home takes it toll.

Excellent chair. I love it!
