I ordered a patio table and 2 chairs. Upon delivery (after the guys left), I noticed that the table wobbled. I called customer service, and they said they can replace it. While on the phone, they asked me to take pictures of the table - they went live with my phone so they could see what I was looking at to confirm there was an issue. The customer service rep couldn't have been nicer. Scheduled a new delivery. They follow up with emails and phone calls on when delivery will be. The replacement table arrived (early). Scheduled delivery was 8:45 - 11:00. They arrived at 8:15 (with pre-call first). The delivery person explained the bottom of the table has adjustable legs (woops!). From the sale of the item to the replacement delivery, the experience has been a pleasant experience. The furniture quality is excellent. I will be ordering from this store going forward.

I recently contacted customer service due to a problem that I had with my recliner. Nancy of customer service went out of her way to help resolve my problem. She emailed me and called me twice following up to see to see if I got my problem resolved. This young lady needs a raise. Thank you, thank you.

Michael Hill was fantastic to work with. He was attentive, well informed, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He has a reassuring, down-to-earth approach that immediately puts you at ease. He was truly a warm spirit. I have a had a great pleasure shopping at AFW on multiple occasions.

Was shopping for furniture with my friend and John Hoody came a long, happy, friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable, made the sale very easy, explained everything in great detail from product to delivery service. John brightened our day!

We bought four rooms of furniture. Good quality but the best part was the delivery men, Kurt and Josh. They went above and beyond! We were happy also with our salesperson JP who was professional and knowledgeable.

I would like to write a review about American furniture warehouse. Adult disabled lift chairs. They have. The best and widest selection of lift chairs. Their salesman's no, the pros and cons. And direct you to the best chair for your needs. I have three of their lift chairs in my home and I use them every day. From time to time complications come up with the motors in the lyft chairs. American furniture will send out the very nicest maintenance staff to help you if a problem comes up and they stand behind their product. And their word. The repairman are sweet , nice and understanding and try to get to your needs as quickly as possible. I've had a hard year with my chairs and funny enough. The motors have had some problems. I don't know if it's because I'm disabled. Or i'm a good customer but I do know that they care. They go above and beyond to make an appointment for you as quickly as possible as I rely on my chairs greatly. I've come to know the staff well and I am so grateful for american furniture warehouse. They stand behind their product and will guide you to repair. Whatever comes up or replace it if it arrives damaged. I cannot give a high enough review for these people. They are wonderful and I consider American furniture warehouse. My only go 24 furniture these days. I have had their furniture in my house for over 30 years. And I can say that they stand behind their products

I rarely take the time to write reviews which is bad as I am a business owner myself an understand how helpful they are but Jonathan was and continues to be so helpful! He is incredibly knowledgeable so when you have an idea of something you have seen online or in social media you are able to tell him and he can walk you right to different items that match your vision. Additionally we have needed to add and subtract items from our delivery and he has been so kind in helping. We are out of state so we have required a ton of his time and attention and 100% of the time he is responsive and helpful! Ask for Jonathan when you are at this location and you will not be disappointed!

Hands down JT is the absolute BEST!!!! JT's funny, charismatic personality, humble spirit and willingness to assist at anytime, I have purchased all of my furniture with him, and will continue to do so in the future. My family loves AFW furniture, great prices, great quality and great service. My wife and I bought a sectional couch, our home furnishings consultant was Estela Moreno, she was wonderful to work with. We bought our couch from the Marana store in Arizona. I give her a five-star rating, once I receive the furniture I will write another review. Also, prices are reasonable.

We went to the AFW in Aurora on Thursday 9/25/25 to purchase a new couch with an idea already in mind. We were immediately met by Zach who brought us to the area where the designs we were looking for were located. He gave us good info and allowed us to to take our time checking them out. No pushiness what so ever. As we were looking around another employee, Dave, stopped to make sure we were ok. I actually had a question about tv trays. He let me know it wasn't something that they carried but gave us multiple other types of options and info. Although we didn't go that route, I appreciated his knowledge and suggestions. Going through our purchase with Zach, was a breeze. He even told us he would try to have it delivered as early as possible on Sat 9/27/25 after telling him I would be up watching the Ryder Cup. Our window ended up being from 7 am to 9:30 am, and the delivery drivers were here at just after 7. Brian and Pedro were the pair who made the delivery and they were absolutely great. Getting the couch into our apartment was a bit tricky, but they were able to navigate and get it done within 20 minutes. Although it is not part of their job, they were also willing to help get our old couch to the dumpster behind my apartment. Took them all of 5 minutes. I truly hope to get them again with our next purchase from AFW.

I want to thank all the staff at this great store, especially Tall Brian Read. . . he helped my wife and I with the purchase of our bedroom set and dining table. Tall Brian was excellent at explaining all the plans and options we had to choose from, and his customer service was always very professional, honest, and fun. Even when I asked him about all the stores in the country and their founder, he told us everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about the products, slogans, and prices compared to other stores. AFW is the best. I sincerely recommend visiting the store. Talk to the staff, and you can even compare prices. You won't regret how great you'll feel about saving thousands of dollars to furnish your homes.

I came in to buy a sleeper sofa and two reclining chairs and John was amazing. Not only was he very well informed, but took the back off of a chair to bring it downstairs for me to see if it would match. He went way above and beyond!

I recently made a purchase at American Furniture Warehouse in Aurora, Colorado and found is necessary to take the time to do a review on the Sales Rep that assisted me. Abdullah Matar deserves 10 out of 5 stars. I was passed by SEVERAL employees when I first came into the store. I even went to find help and ask a question about financing options and one employee just pointed to the direction of a kiosk and said "over there" As soon as Abdullah saw me he made sure he took care of all my needs. I can honestly say, if it was not for him AFW would have lost my business. He took the time to make sure that I was getting the best deal, and explained everything to me. He treated me as if he had know me for years, and was not just trying to get sales. He will be the FIRST person I look for and an further purchases. The mas deserves a raise!!!

My husband and I went in, i'm looking for a couch and recliner, and we have the pleasure of meeting james. He was extremely professional in his approach with no pressure. He just asked us what we were looking for which we knew the dimensions of the couch. We wanted, and he showed us this beautiful. Italian weather several, which we fell in love with my husband was really in the need for a new recliner we looked at several ones and James. Showed us the perfect recliner, that swivels, reclines, and rotates. He gave us excellent recommendations and was very patient.
