I had an issue with an order, and my experience with Tristian (she refused to provide her last name) was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she refused and told me that she was "the boss. " At that point, I had no choice but to call the store directly to get assistance. Thankfully, Steve Phillips completely turned the situation around. With the help of his manager, Chris, they quickly resolved my issue and treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine concern. They are true assets to this company and clearly understand what great customer service looks like. I hope Tristian receives additional customer service training, as her approach was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the company. If she is going to continue working in a customer-facing role, significant improvement is needed. A big thumbs-up to Steve Phillips and Chris. They know how to take care of customers, and their excellent service deserves to be recognized.

We came looking for a mattress. Blake Nwosu helped us. We were very pleased with his service. We had just come from another big brand mattress store and were turned off by the pushy and arrogant saleman. Blake was very nice, easy going and very personable. We will ask for his help again when we come back! Thank you Blake for a very pleasant experience.

We had a di i g room table and 4 chairs delivered. There were white straps on the bottom of the table, the delivery guys pulled 3 or 4 of during set up. I looked underneath after they left and there are at least 8 white straps still hanging under the table top. What is wrong with the young people now? Why not pull all of them off and do the job right? Delivery to 80125 area code.

WONDERFUL COMPANY! I don’t leave many reviews but I wanted to for the store in Conroe, Tx. It has got to be the most customer friendly store I’ve ever been in. I have bought a number of items from them the last few years and it is a good experience from the moment you walk in. The salespeople are never pushy but helpful if you need them. The store has their act together on deliveries and they absolutely stand behind their furniture and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I’m a repeat customer for life

AFW has integrity. I had issues with a piece of furniture that I had bought from them and had to use the warranty program quite a few times. When it became clear that repair wasn't possible they approved for me to go pick out a replacement of equal value of original piece. They were always a pleasure to work with. Wonderful honest company! Iam a customer for life!

We purchased a power recliner so my husband could finally find a good resting and sleeping position following a major accident. The recliner was delivered today, but unfortunately missing the power cable!! We contacted customer service, but the cable would take 3-5 days to get here, which was too difficult to hear. So I called the store, and was connected w Maria. Maria was extremely helpful and sensitive to our situation. She was able to find a spare cable in-house and I was able to pick it up 30 minutes later. Thank you Maria!!! You have positively impacted my husbands recovery!

My husband and I visited the Colorado Springs location and were so impressed with the service Darren provided. We knew exactly what we were looking for, and he made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. He helped coordinate our delivery, walked us through the warranty details, and truly tailored the experience to our needs. It’s the kind of service that will bring us back to work with him again. I had trouble ordering a recliner online, so I contacted Customer Service. Kat answered and stayed on the phone with me while I changed my information, and helped me to order and secure delivery for a recliner for my daughter who just had major spine surgery. I was so frustrated when I called, but she was so patient and kind. She got me through! I haven't had such great service from ANYWHERE in a very long time!

Aaron at the Thornton location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in knowing what I wanted and he immediately jumped in to help me. I gave him the brand, color, and price, and he knew the dresser I was talking about right away and helped me check out. I was in and out within about 10mins. It really made things easy during a stressful move.

My mom and I bought a couch set today. It was a great price and comfortable! Darren checked us out and was amazing. We were not sure about the color so he had us take a throw pillow outside to see it in the sunlight and it made a huge difference in my decision to purchase the couch. Delivery was so fast!

We went to American Warehouse Furniture today and bought furniture through two different sales representatives. Holly was the one who truly provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful, patient, and took the time to guide us through everything. She explained important steps that we were not informed about by the other representative, which made a big difference for us. Holly even offered to help schedule the pickup for the furniture we purchased through another rep, which we really appreciated. It was a bit frustrating dealing with the other representative, but Holly made the experience much better. Because of her help, everything became clearer and easier for us. We’re very thankful for Holly’s support and professionalism. If we come back in the future, we would definitely prefer to work with her. Thank you Holly! I don’t feel bad I spent moneys buying furniture if it’s always you!

We need to add some pieces to our home. Purchased a second end table for our main living room, easy process. . husband ordered from his cell while on lunch and was able to pick it up after work. Was very well packaged and pick up was very polite and professional. I was on a search for a new end of bed bench/storage ottoman. Went in for one style after seeing it on the website and after walking the floor I came across one that matched our bed set that we had purchased from there months earlier perfectly and the plus was it came with extra storage. The pull out drawer is on wheels and is not attached so the bench can be a stand alone piece and the pullout drawer can fit under a bed if we wish. The handles can be either tucked IN or OUT. Very sturdy and comfortable. Pick up and loading was easy and we are very happy with our new purchases. Would recommend end of bed storage /ottrman if youre looking for one. Price was good as well.
