My wife and I recently purchased a TV stand and a Carpet from Glendale location. Mike helped us to decide wisely on the furnitures that we need. It was a quick checkout. Everything was explained thoroughly and he was very helpful with our questions.

When I came in with an issue regarding my furniture at the Colorado Springs store I spoke with the manager Jordon who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand the situation and made sure I felt heard and supported and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied. His commitment to great customer service is something you rarely see anymore, and I truly appreciate how smoothly he handled and resolved everything. I will definitely be shopping there again. I wanted to give a shout out to Nick Pullman, we have worked with him several times on many different items and he has always done a great job. Even when we were just looking, he gave us good info and great attention. Most recently he has again went above and beyond when he responded to questions and us not know that it was his day off. Thank you Nick for doing a great job!

I had an issue with an order, and my experience with Tristian (she refused to provide her last name) was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she refused and told me that she was "the boss. " At that point, I had no choice but to call the store directly to get assistance. Thankfully, Steve Phillips completely turned the situation around. With the help of his manager, Chris, they quickly resolved my issue and treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine concern. They are true assets to this company and clearly understand what great customer service looks like. I hope Tristian receives additional customer service training, as her approach was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the company. If she is going to continue working in a customer-facing role, significant improvement is needed. A big thumbs-up to Steve Phillips and Chris. They know how to take care of customers, and their excellent service deserves to be recognized.

I found her to be rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. She refused to provide her last name and would not allow me to speak with someone else or a manager. I was simply told there was "nothing" she could do, and no alternative solutions or options were offered. Fortunately, when I called your location directly, I was connected with Steve Phillips. I have to say that Steve is an absolute asset to your company. He went above and beyond to find a solution for me and worked with Manager Chris to resolve my issue. Their professionalism, willingness to help, and commitment to customer service completely restored my faith in your company. Employees like Steve and Chris are the reason customers continue to do business with your store. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for the outstanding service they provided. I also hope my experience with Tristan is taken seriously. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial, particularly in the areas of professionalism, communication, and problem-solving. We came looking for a mattress. Blake Nwosu helped us. We were very pleased with his service. We had just come from another big brand mattress store and were turned off by the pushy and arrogant saleman. Blake was very nice, easy going and very personable. We will ask for his help again when we come back! Thank you Blake for a very pleasant experience.

We had a di i g room table and 4 chairs delivered. There were white straps on the bottom of the table, the delivery guys pulled 3 or 4 of during set up. I looked underneath after they left and there are at least 8 white straps still hanging under the table top. What is wrong with the young people now? Why not pull all of them off and do the job right? Delivery to 80125 area code.

WONDERFUL COMPANY! I don’t leave many reviews but I wanted to for the store in Conroe, Tx. It has got to be the most customer friendly store I’ve ever been in. I have bought a number of items from them the last few years and it is a good experience from the moment you walk in. The salespeople are never pushy but helpful if you need them. The store has their act together on deliveries and they absolutely stand behind their furniture and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I’m a repeat customer for life
