We both love this chair! My wife works for a busy Doctor & on non clinic days works from home! She constantly had a sore back after sitting all day in a previous chair! With the X3 Management X-Chair, her back is greatly improved! We are both very impressed with the way this chair contours perfectly to the best fit for our backs!

I'm 6'4", based on reviews an research it looked like this would be a good option for someone my height. I was wrong. Even at the highest settings the headrest digs into the bottom of my neck when i lean back. Good chair overall and good adjustability, but if I knew this I wouldn't have bought it. Not sure if there are other chairs better suited for someone my size, but this one is not it.

X-chair has a very good product, but, since you ask, here are a few things that could have made the user experience better. * Your instructions, less than stellar. Actually, not well explained at all. * packaging looked as if each individual piece was just bubble wrapped and tossed into the box. With this all said, everything that needed to be included was, and it all worked. But that’s the difference between a 4 & a 5.

Ordered a new piston. It came quickly. Was easy to install. Perfect and efficient.

Product is just as described. Assembles in 10-15 minutes and consists of inserting the two legs, tightening 8 bolts and clipping in the control pad. Just like my x-chair, very functional, incredibly sturdy and good value.

I really like my new X-Chair. It took a bit to get to me, but once it arrived, it was easy to assemble. It looks sharp, and the seat is very cushioned and comfortable.

I really enjoy the customization options that this chair has for the price that it is. Very few other chairs are large enough for us because we are both tall and this chair has great dimensions for that.

I had a good experience and I like the chair. Overall quality is high, but I was disappointed with the lumbar massage function. It is very light and to get any benefit you need to press your back against the back of the chair. Frankly, my Escalade has a better massage function.

The good was the call I made to aske questions during set up. I was able to get a helpful person on the phone quickly. They were very professional and helpful. The bad was a very long ship time without communication.
