So happy with this new larger rain shower head which replaced an older more expensive one that i was never really satisfied with. This one has much better coverage and flow, love it!

A faucet included an off the shelf standard brass fitting that was faulty. I could have replaced it at Home Depot but I chose to call them about the issue. They didn't just replace the fitting. They quickly upgraded me to the latest design change to make my installation super easy. They also gave me a tracking number during our phone call and had my parts a couple days later! That is customer service well beyond expectation! Great folks and products. I highly recommend.

This shower is so much fun to use you might just take a little longer luxuriating while a number of different sprays make for an invigorating experience. It even has a digital temperature control and the main shower head changes color as it sprays. Love it!
