I chatted with Wonderland staff over the weekend and they were responsive and knowledgeable. I am remodeling a master bathroom shower putting in a rain shower system and they made the buying experience painless. To top it off,, everything was packaged perfectly and our contractor had no problem installing! Not the case with some other manufacturers I talked to.

The shower panel was damaged and looked used. It had water marks and adhesive marks and was dented. BUT it was well packed so someone had to have noticed the damage to the product. The customer service was very nice but now I have to wait for my refund which isn't right since the product was damaged. I won't order from here again or recommend.

The faucet is very attractive and contemporary in appearance and seems to be well constructed. However in my situation I was unable to complete the installation because the china lav holes are 1&3/8” wide and the faucet escutcheon nut is not wide enough to attach the faucet to the underside of the deck. Am waiting to hear from the supplier for a remedy. escutcheon nut included is not wide enough to attach the faucet from the underside of the lav. I am waiting to hear from the supplier for a solution.
