Beautiful and delivered timely as promised.

The shower panel was damaged and looked used. It had water marks and adhesive marks and was dented. BUT it was well packed so someone had to have noticed the damage to the product. The customer service was very nice but now I have to wait for my refund which isn't right since the product was damaged. I won't order from here again or recommend.

The faucet is very attractive and contemporary in appearance and seems to be well constructed. However in my situation I was unable to complete the installation because the china lav holes are 1&3/8” wide and the faucet escutcheon nut is not wide enough to attach the faucet to the underside of the deck. Am waiting to hear from the supplier for a remedy. escutcheon nut included is not wide enough to attach the faucet from the underside of the lav. I am waiting to hear from the supplier for a solution.

It was very fast delivery and the product is beautiful and looks very good quality. We haven’t done the installation yet so I can’t comment on this or if there are some issues.
