I bought $7,000 worth of valves and I have to tell you. The directions included do nothing. I’ve been plumbing for 20 years and I have to say that unless you get better instructional and real dimentions for installation I won’t waste my time again. I’ve called customer service all day (both phone numbers) and the answering machine picks up with no call back

Writing I had a great experience with Wonderland Showers' customer service. A few parts that were supposed to come with my shower were missing, and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. They sent the replacement parts without any hassle and were responsive, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Every question I've had has been answered promptly, and they've made the entire experience easy from a customer service standpoint. While I haven't installed my shower yet, I'm hopeful that the quality of the product will match the excellent service I've received so far. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Wonderland Showers. Great customer service goes a long way, and they've earned my confidence.

Ordering on site was easy , delivery was fast. The faucet assembly and fixtures were all very nice and seem to be high quality. My only complaint would be the lack of installation instructions. I prefer to install things myself as finding a competent contractor is a job in itself. The internet instructions were very vague and not very helpful.
