Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered a rain showerhead system and it arrived in two days. The main showerhead was damaged and they sent me a replacement right away. Highly recommend! It’s rare to find this level of customer service nowadays. I can’t wait to install the new showerhead system.

Great customer service

I received the shower head but arrived with no installation info. Set backs for plumbing, wall width to put the unit together, fittings needed, and on top it there are two water inlets for the shower head. So they dont tell you what you need for anything except paperwork for the shower head that is a normal set up that a DIY could do.

I prefer to have a sales rep assigned to my account and instead of a free gift you should have picked up the expedited shipping. I'm a designe builder and not hopefully a one time client. I purchased these shower systems for my own house. We are roughing them in now and I'm impressed with the solid valves and finish. My new shower head defies all expectations! Wonderland was the only vendor I could find after hours of searching that sold a ceiling pipe mounted head with a waterfall feature. All other vendors only have the waterfall feature for recessed, in-ceiling installation, which would have been a huge pain to install. I thust had the best shower of my life this morning!

I bought 2 16 inch rain showers to see which would work best in the space. After I chose one they sent me the return envelop for me to send it back. We are in the rough in stage of the bathroom right now. Once it's in use Ill give an update.
