Took a week for me to find out on my own that my purchase was on back order and not available for 3 weeks. Was never informed again that it had been shipped Had to find out on my own. Was provided Incorrect tracking number. Still haven't received my shower doors

everything came as pictured and it was fast. Customer service even gave me the refund for the first time buyers incentive I forgot to include when I ordered.

order rec'd with missing rail for hand held shower head. called customer service and was greeted politely. the rail was shipped immediately. Great experience. haven't installed or used yet but hoping it works as well as it looks.

Very timely, prblem is i wanted brushed nickle, that what i ordered. It matches the previous order i made from wonderland. I recieved chrome. I know what chrome is. . . . it aint brushed nickle. I was told they were out. I guess they thought i wouldnt notice. But i did. . . how about not offering brushed nickle if you dont have it. You DO know we put thought into our renovations. So you send me something else that you do have and hope for the best. Heres my best review i can give wonderland. . . . .

Great shower set

Ordering and customer service was very awesome. The price was good. . However, one of the pieces that I got is very nontraditional, and I needed some side views of previous installations. The representatives that tried to help me did their best in our response, but I never got the picture I was looking for. In my application, it was very hard to figure out on my own. And I am a general contractor with over 25 years experience.

Even though I was unable to use the product due to compatibility issues the experience with them was excellent. They were very helpful and the product looked amazing.

I needed a special part and I was sent the link via text and was able to order it separate. Super easy and came real quick!
