Device didn't fit. Male threads didn't match shower head.

Ordering processes was simple and arrived quickly. The shower head and components look great and are made well

Never received all shower parts, calls not answered and finally returned parts to company at a total cost to me of $200. I would steer anyone away from doing business with Wonderland Shower.

I love the product and delivery came at separate times but it all came well packaged. The plumber did not install it yet but I am looking forward to see it work. Thank you

Shower system didn’t have some necessary and unique screws in it and their corp office or customer service wouldn’t send them!

we love our shower with the rain head jets and wand you need to know that you will require good water pressure we installed one inch water lines in our home and a boiler with a circulating pump water is hot instantly in all bathrooms

Found a set up that my customer loved! It was a great price but the next day it was not in stock. I spoke with a representative and it couldn't have worked out better! She set me up with an upgraded valve body and even expedited my delivery to insure I had it in time for my plumber. Mounting the flush mount 20" rain head was a challenge but it looks great! Installing valve tomorrow and will finish the tile! Great customer service!!

Actually Somewhere between Ok and Bad. When I was shopping for a shower panel, it was difficult to get accurate and complete information from the bot or from the reps. When I actually received the unit, it was damaged, and as I tried to determine the extent of damage , while still protecting the interest of myself and Wonderland (with UPS) I got slow and unsatisfactory answers , saying that the actually damaged part was a "flimsy' piece of metal that was designed that way. As I continued to inspect the damage I verified that it is actually a flimsy piece but that it is also actually extensively damaged. I am waiting for Wonderland to send a replacement piece and asked for it to be expedited , as I have a contractor working now! But the rep said it has to be ground shipped 5 days. I will wait to see how this works out when I get the piece and see when it actually arrives, how difficult it will be to replace, and if it solves my problem. I note that it took 6 call attempts (your mailbox always full), a text, and two emails even to get this far. I am not a happy camper, but hoping that things improve.

Great Customer Service. Had to return a product because it wasn't the right fit for our sink. They sent us the return labels and we purchased another faucet from them that should fit much better
