My lower back was a little sore while my body adjusted from having my old mattress from 1992 but now it feels like a dream. The adjustment period is scary. It took 3ish weeks for me and the whole time I was stressing my decision but it did get there and now I'm having the best sleep I've ever had. I got the luxury firm and it was slightly softer than I expected. I am a belly sleeper and I believe the more firm option would have been better for me but my wife is a side sleeper and needs the softness.

Exchange the softer mattress for the firmer model. The exchange process was relatively painless. Sharetown pick up worked very well. All in all, the whole process was pretty seamless.

Mattress protector is silent. We hope to never test if the protector is liquid-proof.

Assembly isn't too bad, but the instructions aren't very explicit.

The bed is very comfortable and just the right firmness. The only complaint I have is that it retains a dip on the side that my wife slept on when we rotated the mattress.

I purchased the "soft" WinkBed due to my small frame and sleeping style being "combination. I've always preferred a firmer mattress, but due to my age had noticed being uncomfortable over the past several years. So far, so good--sleeping better through the night and not as sore/stiff in the morning.

Not too hard and not too soft, just right! Supportive but forgiving allowing mattress to absorb to your sleeping position. Mattress bounces back after you leave with no sagging…. . at least not yet.
