We’ve had our Luxury Firm WinkBed for a couple of months now, and it has been a great upgrade for our sleep. The mattress feels supportive without being too hard, and it stays noticeably cool especially paired with our bamboo sheets. My wife and I both sleep comfortably, and we wake up feeling way less stiff than we used to with our old mattress. Overall, we’re really happy with it and feel like we made the right choice.
After more reading, research, and reviews than I care to admit, I finally ordered a Wink Bed to replace my 5+ year old standard Purple that we had. It was cratering over that time and was already ready for replacement. We're not big people. 5'8" and 5'4", both are around 130-140 lbs. The Luxury firm bed from Wink was what we decided on. At first, the first day, felt too soft. Then first night and second night it felt too firm. Then starting around night 3 or 4, it was just right and really is great. So far, the comfort is great and the support is just right. Would definitely recommend.

Although the mattress I purchased was too firm for me, the mattress was high quality. The company honored their return policy with no hassle at all. All communication with Wink Beds was via email, and they were very responsive.
I originally ordered the Luxury Firm. It was too firm. We had to wait the 30 days but after it was over I contacted Customer Servive they immediately sent me the invoice to have the new one shipped once it was paid they shipped the new one. The soft is so much better. It does not have the edge support as mentioned in several reviews, but it is like sleeping on a cloud.
This would be a 5 star if not for the delivery process. Lets start with the bed itself, which is fantastic! On the 4th night I slept straight through the night until my alarm went off, and that has continued to be the case. I am a restless and unbelievably light sleeper so I am usually up 2 or 3 times a night. With hEDS I have frequent joint sublexations and a bad mattress just makes it worse. Not so since I got this mattress. I still wake up sometimes once in the night, sometimes still wake up with problems due to my hEDS, but I can tell I am getting more sleep, and higher quality sleep with this mattress. I don't have that constant fatigue during the day, or pain waking up in the morning, like I did as often as with my old mattress. I highly recommend the luxury firm to anyone who likes a firm sleep but your body needs a bit of softness! Now about the delivery service. If you live in an apartment, be prepared to not have it delivered to your door. The company had to send a second free mattress because the first one was just left in the walkway on the bottom floor. The driver literally took a photo of it just sitting next to a pole, clearly on the first floor. (No poles on any other floors). The photo placement was proof that the loss was his fault, otherwise I might not have gotten a replacement. The people I spoke with were kind, but the communication after the fact sucked. They'd say "we are checking with the driver and we will let you know" 2 days passed and I heard nothing. Then I called and they said "oh did you check all around your building?" Like I should have to hunt for a package that was guaranteed door to door delivery. I did hunt for it, but this was 3 days after it had disappeared so I didn't understand why they weren't just filing a lost/stolen package due to driver error. I told them that it was stolen because of where they left it and they. . . after a week of back and forth and sending me to talk to either UPS or Winkbeds. . . finally filed the ...
On time. Easy to place on frame.

This was my first time buying a mattress online, but the 90 day trial period gave me the confidence to risk it. The Luxury Firm mattress has been fantastic so far after 45 days. I don’t have much experience comparing different mattresses and features but I no longer wake up with lower back pain and don’t have any complaints so far. I did request the pickup service for my old mattress which was contracted out thru LoadUp, a third party shipping broker, and scheduled separately from the delivery truck. This company failed to facilitate a pick up multiple times over a period of two weeks where I finally canceled the pickup in frustration and requested a refund of the service from WinkBeds. Though the fault was obviously not theirs, the refund was granted promptly with no hassle at all. Overall, great experience and easy to recommend both the mattress and company.
The mattress is very comfortable (firm, but not too firm) and inflated quickly upon opening from the package. The customer service team was also very responsive and helped me delay the delivery as needed.
