After about five or six years, our original Wink mattress (that we loved)) developed a sag. I spoke with Wink support, and they determined it was covered by warranty, and so sent a replacement free of charge (including picking up the old one!). We loved the second one as much as the first. Maybe a bit more. :) We are probably Wink customers for life.

Service was excellent, and I wanted my bed just a tad softer. They sent me a memory foam topper, which made it absolutely perfect. Love the service and love my wink bed!

No issues, I made an error in my address so delivery of the frames was delayed. Once notified WinkBeds updated the manifest and they were delivered next day. Oddly, FedEx was able to figure out "2" while UPS needed "Space 2" in order to deliver. I had just moved from another state so the address on my ID did not match the delivery address so delivery could not be completed without an address update.
