We have been very happy with our bed. Unfotunately the shipper (3rd party) damaged the bed on set up but they made good on it. My dealings with customer support at Wink during this were all excellent. They answered my emails promptly and reassured me regarding the mattress warranty.

I have bought four wink beds already. So three of them king size, which are excellent one double which I’m adjusting for a guest room now. I love the comfort, softness, but also the support, quality material and workmanship. !

Firmer bed is a great option for those who want better support

My husband and I are bigger people so finding a mattress that works was difficult. This mattress is the best one ever! We both love it!

I had the "Firmer" version for a few years. It started to sag a bit, and I thought maybe it was too soft. I followed the warranty process as I'm not super heavy (230lbs), and it indeed met the requirements for a replacement. I followed the requirements to take photos and descibe it's condition. The process was straightforward and Wink agreed to replace. I decided to upgrade to the PLUS, which I was willing to pay the price difference. After a month or so, I'm extremely happy with the PLUS. It's really not too firm and offers support to the length of my body. NO MOREE BACK PAIN! If you are taller and heavier I would recommend the PLUS!!!

The quality of the bed is great. The delivery was also professional with the delivery person bringing the bed to the door. The corporate customer service was also responsive with fixing the issues we had with the delivery of the first bed.

The mechanical design on this bed is superior to the original that I had. Much more user friendly to assemble.
