We have had the bed for 90 days and 90 nights. At this point we are very happy with it. We have great support for our backs and the firmness is fantastic. Rotation of the mattress per the helpful guidelines is important and is also working. I would truly like to follow up this review at the year mark, two year and three year mark to provide more details. The firmer WinkBed has been much better for my back as I replaced a relatively new mattress that wasn't comfortable. I've been happy with the temperature, as it provides a cooler sleep, and I like the firmness around the edges of the bed. I highly recommend!

I love the new mattress and the way it was compressed for delivery made it really easy to switch out witht he old mattress.

Beds are fantastic, I personally had problems with the Twin XL beds being too short for my adjustable bed. They were the normal twin sizes with twin xl tags. Customer service is exceptional, worked with me thru the process of getting other ones and a full refund per their return policy. I would have kept the bed except it was too short. Every process was exceptional. Thank you!

This may not be a tempurpedic but it sure sleeps like one. Firm mattress with a great top.

My wife and I are really enjoying our new mattress. It is very comfortable and easy on the back. It seems to be made of quality material that will last. I do have a couple of gripes. After getting the mattress on the bed frame and as I started unwrapping the outer plastic wrap the mattress began inflating. The inner vacuum sealed plastic had been punctured during shipment. After the mattress fully inflated the mattress wound in perfect position but upside down. I had to call my son-in-law to help me flip it over. Another point. My wife and I are 80 and 83 years old and I don't know how we are going to turn the mattress 180 degrees every 2 weeks as you suggest. I guess instead of turning the mattress every 2 weeks we will sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed.

If you and your partner are on the lighter side, a soft mattress actually provides the right amount of support, allowing you to properly sink into it. Consider this when standard is medium to firm being ideal. That's tailored to the average weight.

I've had a great experience twice in three years. Quick and informative sales calls, on-time deliveries, responsive and friendly customer service, and (most importantly) very comfortable beds. I've owned a king, queen, and extended twin. . . all very good.

We had an issue with the stitching on the top layer of one of our Wink mattresses . I contacted them, they looked at the pictures, acknowledged the issue, and promptly replaced the mattress! We love these mattresses. These, like many good quality mattresses, are not inexpensive. The fact that Winkbeds stands behind their quality guarantee is just one more reason we will always use their product!
