Firmer bed is a great option for those who want better support

My husband and I are bigger people so finding a mattress that works was difficult. This mattress is the best one ever! We both love it!

I had the "Firmer" version for a few years. It started to sag a bit, and I thought maybe it was too soft. I followed the warranty process as I'm not super heavy (230lbs), and it indeed met the requirements for a replacement. I followed the requirements to take photos and descibe it's condition. The process was straightforward and Wink agreed to replace. I decided to upgrade to the PLUS, which I was willing to pay the price difference. After a month or so, I'm extremely happy with the PLUS. It's really not too firm and offers support to the length of my body. NO MOREE BACK PAIN! If you are taller and heavier I would recommend the PLUS!!!

The quality of the bed is great. The delivery was also professional with the delivery person bringing the bed to the door. The corporate customer service was also responsive with fixing the issues we had with the delivery of the first bed.

The mechanical design on this bed is superior to the original that I had. Much more user friendly to assemble.

We ordered the The PLUS WinkBed (King) with the Frost Cooling Cover, and it showed up in about a week—super fast. I did way too much research before pulling the trigger. Our last mattress was a cheap Amazon memory foam, and even with a topper, it just wasn’t comfortable. We were waking up sore every day, and I was getting massages every 3–4 weeks just to keep the pain manageable. We also live in a 1920s house with a narrow staircase, so there was no way a traditional king mattress was making it upstairs. That’s what led us to WinkBeds. After taking their quiz and reading a ton of reviews, we went with the PLUS—and I’m so glad we did. My husband is a restless sleeper no matter what, but he’s definitely tossing and turning less. And even with him (and our dogs) in the bed, motion transfer is minimal, which has been a huge win. I also have osteoarthritis in my hips, lower back, and knees, and this mattress has made a noticeable difference. I don’t wake up stiff and aching anymore. I still get monthly massages, but I’m no longer in pain by the time they roll around. Overall, this has been such a good investment in our sleep and just feeling better day to day. Would absolutely recommend.

We have owned top of the line mattresses from Tempur-Pedic, Caspar, Sealy,etc. The Wink mattress is the best we have ever slept on. My wife , who has had sleeping issues for years , requiring visits to sleep specialists, now sleeps through the night frequently. I can’t recommend more!
