Some major issues around shipping and communication, but ultimately resolved and we're happy with it.

The support this mattress provides is unmatched. I have law back pain that is aggravated by most beds, but not this one - wink mattress is amazing.

Fast shipping. Was a little mix up in installation, not on Wink Beds, but the installers. I installed and was pretty easy and the fee was refunded immediately. Cant ask for much more.

Very sturdy and well put together. Makes the matress very easy height to get into and out of bed since there was no boxspring required

We had a chance to try the bed before we bought. It came on time, the pickup service got the old mattress and we are very satisfied with the mattress after a couple of months with it.

2nd Wink bed and I love it.

I had gotten this bed and had it for 3 years and was moving and I didn't want to put it in storage so I gave it away. Just bought the same bed for my new home. I like a firmer bed and this is perfect for me.

Wink is a great company. We have several Wink mattresses and platforms, happy with all.

The platform frame was easy to assemble and provides great support for our Wink mattress.

So far it has worked perfectly. Comfortable to sleep on as well

We love our bed! We’ve had it for a few months now and don’t have any back or hip aches. Only complaint is that the corners don’t have much support. But it doesn’t bother me as much as my husband. We’ve tried a few beds. I’m the hot sleeper and really value my sleep. I’ve been very happy with our bed so far!

Actually, showed up much earlier than was told, so I had to adjust my schedule. But that's better than it being late.

Mattress was easy to unbox and install. No notable outgassing. Firm enough for support but still contours for my side sleeping. So far, I'm completely satisfied.

Unfortunately the WinkBeds mattress did not work out for me but was able to find a needy person in my community to donate it to. That process worked out fine since the contract company did not have a representative to pick up the mattress in my area.
