Luxury firm wink bed is a good bed firm but comfortable

Love nytimes wire cutter. Was looking for new mattress and saw the reviews. Hand made in Wisconsin. I’m in Chicago. Received about 4 days after I ordered. Simple to unwrap and sleeping better than ever. Replaced 10 yr old beauty rest. Telling all my friends to get one. Only problem is now wanting to get up in morning. Lol

There's not much to say. It fits our Wink standard king mattress perfectly and stays on no matter how much the adjustable frame raises/ lowers. The ease of ordering this with our bed was wonderful.

This is such a comfortable mattress. We fall asleep easier than we have in years and wake up refreshed. We paired this mattress with an adjustable frame. It handles the movement easily. There is a little wrinkle in the fold that goes back to smooth when flat. We are very happy with this purchase.

The customer service was great, we had just moved and accidentally put my old address. I called and they were able to guarantee changing the address, reducing some of the stress that comes with moving.

Superior quality mattress with excellent craftsmanship. Customer service was the best I have ever dealt with. Efficient, kind and solved my accidental double order issue. This is our second mattress from WinkBed. Ours has been so perfect we bought one for the guest bedroom. As travelers , we know the comfort of a good bed and we wanted our guests to feel the same in our home.

I chose this mattress because it was referred to as a Marriott mattress dupe. But it's not a dupe, in many ways it's better. The most obvious is cost, but honestly, at this point in my life I was willing to pay anything for a good night sleep. Where this wink mattress really shines is the way it seamlessly combines firmness with softness. My back and shoulder are happy and I don't feel as though I'm sleeping on a plank. I'm only about 2 months in on my Wink sleep journey but I sense that this well crafted mattress could be with me for awhile.

We researched so many companies and mattresses before purchasing our Wink Luxury Firm mattress. My husband and I have different preferences for sleeping and type of mattress support. We finally decided on the Luxury Firm mattress in a king size and are loving it. I truly feel good when I wake up and have no complaints. I've contacted customer service about the platform also ordered to support the new mattress and have been pleased with their responsiveness and help.
