Very comfortable mattress, excellent sleep.

This is the first mail order mattress I have ever ordered, which was completely perfect right out of the box! It is the perfect mix of firm yet soft. It cradles my body but offers tremendous support. I never wake up with a sore back now! I love that the edges of the mattress support anyone sitting on the edge of the bed.

A good mattress is an investment in your health. I live in a remote area and can’t try out mattresses. I did loads of research, poured over reviews, videos, and decided on Wink. I had a litany of criteria. My husband and I are active gym goers and sleep recovery is crucial. Good for side sleepers with older joints. We also needed something quiet with good rebound…. you know why, solid foam doesn’t cut it. Wink checked each box. My package got lost in the mail because it happens when you live in Alaska. The customer service rep, Kristen, arranged a replacement, checked in daily, provided me updates personally and was beyond amazing. I’ve never had such diligent, dedicated, professional support from a company. We did get our mattress, it’s everything we hoped for: sturdy, comfortable, quiet, not hot, I’m so happy with this choice. Worth every penny.

The shipping and customer service was good. I was able to find a location on the website where I could try out the bed in person. The bed has comfortable firmness and has not developed any sagging areas. My only complaint is that the top of the mattress is “pilling” and developing runs in the fabric. I purchased the Winkbeds mattress cover but that hasn’t helped.

So far so good. The pain in my back and shoulders is greatly reduced. Hopefully the pain will be gone after more break in time. Dick

Thank you so much for replacing this mattress. This mattress seems much softer than the other one, I tend to roll into the center. My back hurts so there doesn’t seem to be any support at all. We are extremely satisfied with the bed itself. I am retired and this is the best bed I have ever slept on. Well, with the money compared to others.

Our second Wink! First was good. Second is even better. Also got a platform from you. No instructions and I still have pieces I don’t know how to use. Not good!

I like the way Winkbeds treat their customers, following up so promptly. However, I don’t think the “firm” option fits my profile. I am 225 lbs with most centered on my hips. I make a pretty good dent in the mattress. I should have bought the extra firm.

No issue with the company or brand so far. Just don't think this is the product that works best for us.

The frame from WinkBeds is great. The mattress, however, is even better! I have been beyond pleased with our mattress and our frame. My lower back has never felt better. Customer service is amazing, and the company overall has been wonderful. VERY satisfied customer!

New mattress arrived on time. Not crazy about the Mfg wants us to rotate the mattress every two weeks for three months but we like the firmer mattress.

Second Wink Mattress. Up North we have the luxury firm for about 5 years. We purchased the Firmer for our condo in Florida. Our preference is the Firmer.

We love our Wink mattress! It has been so nice to have a mattress that is cozy and comfy. It's hard to leave it in the morning!
