I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
Knowledgeable sales personnel; arrived in anticipated time window; helpful in answering questions except for how to solve dosing funnel/portafilter fit in the Mahlkonig portafilter holder. It is a more recent product line which maybe the the issue but would have appreciated their contacting Mahlkonig to see if they would've been of help given the cost of the grinder. Not a deal breaker and they have otherwise been great to deal with.

this should have been part of the order, but was not in the package. I had received sealed opened box for the machine without this tiny brush. So they sent it to me after my phonecall.

I recently purchased a Gaggia Brera from Whole Latte Love, and my experience with the coffe machine and their customer support has been disappointing. Less than two weeks after purchase, the machine stopped grinding coffee. It makes grinding noises as expected, but no coffee is produced and only clear water comes out. There are also inconsistent results when using pre-ground coffee (very weak and watery about half the time). Despite providing a video clearly showing the issue, support maintained that the grinder is “functioning normally” and attributed the problem to a clog due to coffee buildup—even on a nearly new machine. Their only recommendation was to clean the grinder, without providing a convincing explanation as to why this would be considered normal so early in use. Overall, the response felt dismissive of a potential defect, with no meaningful attempt to offer a replacement or refund for a product that appears faulty so soon after purchase. I will be buying somewhere else with better insurance of quality next time.

One star off for being charged at time of order even though grinder wasn't available for shipping for approximately 4 weeks. Stated shipping time at time of order was one week. I wasn't informed about the further delay for another couple of weeks after I ordered. Otherwise, good experience.

We are completely happy with our order. Videos on the website were helpful for both selecting a machine and using it after it arrived. Shipping was reasonably fast, and the company seems to offer good support, though we haven't needed support services.
