WWL has been my espresso equipment go-to for years. Customer service is great and items always arrive before schedule.

Excellent shipping times, and the refurbished machine is well worth the price.

Great machine the color wasnt what i expected and there were some issues during shipping. But whole latte love has always been quick to respond.

Great

Excellent gaggia reseller and committed to excellent service. I trusted buying a refurbished gaggia breva and I wasn’t disappointed. It works like a charm. Time will tell but I plan on taking good care of it. I only use RO water in it so descaling won’t be an issue. It isn’t loud and you get a fine espresso in under a minute. That’s a game changer after having to measure out beans, grind and then pack and tamp and waiting for water to heat up. Much easier to make a cup before rushing out the door in the morning. Super easy clean up that takes seconds.

Good overall service

Shipping was quick and uneventful -- not always the case in Hawaii. Everything checked out.

Tim was excellent at helping me diagnose my espresso machine problem and guiding me through what to order and how to repair my machine at home.

Great product, but when I got the machine I noticed the two side panels loose, upon close inspection I noticed that two bolts were loose , or the two nuts tightening the bolts were missing . I still haven’t fixed this issue , but it would be practical to inspect and make sure the machine is completely out togheter properly before you send them consumers. But otherwise everything is ok . Thanks for the service . 👍
