I have used the Stone Lite Espresso Machine for about 8 months now and I have had an excellent experience. I have paired the machine with Turin's DF54 v4 Flat Burr Grinder with no issues. I chose the Stone Lite because of its relatively low warm up time of about 8 minutes and simultaneous brew-steam capability. I've found that the second shot I pull in the morning is typically a few seconds quicker than the first shot, but after this, the Stone Lite is quite consistent. It has plenty of steam power for milk drinks too. I upgraded to a bottomless portafilter which improved the clearance for different sized cups as well. If I could improve the machine, I would change the size of the gaps in the upper heating grate directly above the OPV operator (this is accessed for monthly periodic boiler water change out). As it is, the clearance is to small for any of my flat head screw drivers, and I have yet to find a suitable option that fits through the gap. To access this, I have had to unbolt the access panels for removing the heating grate. In addition, initial priming of the water pump was VERY difficult, however, Whole Latte Love was excellent in providing me one-on-one video calls to walk me through the process.
