Top notch service

I love my new Gaggia, and am so happy I ordered it in green! It’s beautiful! 2 minor snags I had to work through: The water tank is very dark and quite large, so I keep a flashlight next to the machine to see the water level, and I keep a glass inside the tank so I can fill just enough fresh water for each coffee, and it doesn’t sit in plastic. The walnut filter holder is a big bonus visually, but it is a bit too tight and it’s VERY difficult to swap out the baskets. Not a problem for me since I only use the ‘crema perfetta’ filter, but it could be an issue for others. I can’t comment on the steam wand since I use a separate milk frother. Now that I worked through the few initial snags, I am very happy with my purchase and use it happily twice a day with great results. :-)
