We called on three different occasions to talk to your experts while we shopped for our new espresso grinder. Everyone we talked to was patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful with their suggestions. We ended up going with one of the machines recommended on our last call, and we're thrilled with the product! Thanks Whole Latte Love for the great customer service!

Whole Latte Love goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service every time!

Thank you

Spec wise this grinder is fantastic. One star removed for the first unit I received having the power cycling issue. The new replacement has been going strong for the first few days as I season. Super quiet. A bit hard to turn the grind setting while running the motor. Build quality feels very sturdy so reliability is the only concern. Whole Latte Love support was excellent to deal with for getting the replacement free of charge and I would happily do business with them again.

Shipment was very quick, less than a week from NY to CA and package wasn't damaged, only slightly dinged on the outer box, probably from carrier handling. Overall great price (for the colored version), quick shipment, I'm very pleased.

Service was good with prompt shipping

Perfect recommendation for what my needs are! Thank you!

Fast, reliable service, as always

It says Open Box but the machine seems like factory sealed. Excellent espresso machine, have no rival at this price.

Great follow up on entire process from ordering to shipping and the support provided after the sale. Highly recommend Whole Latte Love.

Quick delivery and fantastic product. We upgraded from a Gaggia Babila and used the Whole Latte website and YouTube videos to make our decision.

From excellent product select to sales to custom service, working with Whole Latte Love is a "wraparound experience. " I don't see myself buying coffee-related machinery anywhere else.
