It’s great, if you do the right things. It takes a min to get used to. It’s great if you do WDT, messy otherwise. But also does espresso and pour over, so that’s great. I feel like it does grind slightly finer than advertised, so there’s that. Long story short, it is a great machine but it takes getting used to; you have to follow the flow of it. I’m happy with it so far. Shipping and everything else to do with WLL was great!

The entire experience from communication from Whole Latte Love, all of the videos they have online to research which model, then the great overall experience makes me a loyal customer.
