Arrived in time

Great

I tried the medium/lighter roasts that I’d usually go for and they all tasted poor. They have an old/burned taste which is not for me. I tried multiple brewing methods (french press/chemex) but the taste was always the same disappointing burned coffee taste. I’m not sure how long these pre-ground packs sit on the shelf for, but it must be a while. If you’re looking for a gift for a coffee lover, I’d suggest visiting your local specialty coffee shop and getting a couple of small bags of quality coffee rather than paying £85/kg for lots of fancy packaging here.
