Beautiful packaging

Smells so good and the flavour is absolutely divine

Ordered online. Simple to navigate and find what I want. Nice choice of loose teas in different sizes and with the discount came in at a fab price. Delivery was promote and packaged very securely.

Don’t ever discontinue this blend. I can’t exist without it!

Great, everything was at sale price which made it so much more affordable, I see it as a treat usually. But I ordered four this time. Delivery was a bit slow, but packaging was great. 😊

Great quick shipping

Great selection and quality of teas. Have been using them for years. Never been disappointed. The courier they use it a bit and miss. Latest order was delivered to the wrong address (a few streets over from our home).

Out of stock initially but they emailed me promptly when they were available again.

Wonderful as always.

Product was lovely apart from order was missing a glass which is a shame as it was a wedding present and customer service does not exist

Awful customer service. They just ignore you

Delighted

Generally good.

Arrived quickly Great service

Brought as an Christmas present

Nicola was outstanding. We were walking past and had no intention of coming in, £22 later we left the store. She was friendly, helpful and a brilliant sales person.

I purchased a cranberry & raspberry instant tea which is delicious. My free sample of white chocolate and cinnamon roll drink was very nice. Ordering online was very easy and my items were delivered within days and packed in a box with a beautiful lining! Would recommend

Very helpful and friendly people in the shop at Meadowhall.
