I recently visited your Princes Street store in Edinburgh while on vacation from the United States, and I wanted to recognize the wonderful service I received from Rachel. She was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me choose a fantastic tea to bring home and even helped me sign up for the Whittard rewards program. What stood out most was how welcomed and relaxed I felt the moment I walked into the store. After the hustle and bustle of busy Princes Street, it was such a pleasant experience to step inside and be greeted with such genuine warmth. Rachel is an outstanding ambassador for Whittard of Chelsea. She made my visit memorable and is a wonderful example of the exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back. Thank you for having such a fantastic employee!

Unfortunately, due to the courier being Yodel, the item never arrived and was returned to Whittards. The customer service experience with Whittards was very poor and they would not assist with the issue.

I did not drink tea, but when in a Whittards shop one Christmas, I was given a free sample tea sachet to try. I found it very pleasant and have been ordering online ever since. This last time I made a mistake in my order and ended up with 5 packets of the wrong tea. I had been ill, saw the word Mango and assumed it was the one I usually bought - mango and bergamot, but it was in fact passion fruit and mango. Having experienced good fortune in trying the original free sample I opened a box and made myself a cup. I use loose tea at home. Unfortunately for me I found this far too sweet and could not finish the cup. The sweetness also had a stickiness to it which meant that removing the tea leaves from the strainer, once they had dried, was very difficult. However, I rang Whittards and found them to be very helpful. If I returned the unopened packets to a shop, within 30 days of receiving them, they would happily replace them with my usual brew. They were efficient and quick. Emailing the exchange receipt to me after the transaction. Thank you Whittards!
