Unfortunately the shipping was dreadful.

Good quick delivery with no problems

Great choice and delivery. A joy to visit the shops and the site.

Brilliant

After an unfortunate issue with InPost, the Whittard customer service team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my delayed/lost parcel. The Dragon Tea is definitely the best in town, and I truly appreciate the customer service team’s support and their efforts in liaising with InPost on my behalf. I finally received my order and am now enjoying the excellent-quality tea. Thank you so much to the whole team for your help and great customer service!

Always happy with my purchases

Good selection of ground coffee and tea . Thanks

Well packaged and delivered on time.

Items packaged really well, no wasteful packaging as it’s all recyclable. Nice to see no plastic!

Easy to order and good delivery service!

From ordering to receiving was very quick, and kept informed

Love Whittard instant teas and some hot chocolates. Just wish they would bring back the white chocolate with a hint of strawberry was a house favourite.

Customer service poor. Informed customer service who said thank you for letting them know and would follow up with store but, gave no solution/guarantee that if I purchased a new product it would not come off the shelf and be in the same condition

Would purchase from again definitely!

My order arrived pretty quickly.

I’ve been drinking Whittard of Chelsea teas and hot chocolates for about 19yrs. Although the size has shrunk and it costs much more now the quality has never changed. Still amazing flavours that calm the body and warm your soul. Have to use delivery now but I’ve usually got my delivery within a few days.

Great online website and fast shipping with tracking. Cannot fault the service over the years. Keep it up!

Excellent packing and delivery. Prompt response to order. Emails about delivery are good (but rather too many follow-up ones!!!)

Always high quality products, very happy

Great service
