I cannot recommend Whittards products and service enough. I have been a customer for many years now and I shall of course continue to do so!

Website and ordering is fine but my order was sent out by Inpost and was updated to send to a locker which I didn’t choose. I was away at the time so it was an inconvenience to have to rush to the locker on return so that the parcel wasn’t returned to sender.

Ignored my request for them NOT to send a chocolate sample, as chocolate makes me ill. Tea packets are silver foiled so the whole packet cannot be recycled and customers have to mess about cutting out the silver foil.

Overall, I love Whittard's and their products!

The product itself isn't used since the parcel arrived opened I can't trust that it wasn't contaminated. The BRILLIANTLY USELESS customer support are just ignoring my emails, having messed up my delivery sending it to a locker without my consent - I had to get a friend (who has cancer) to ask her husband to drive 25 miles to collect it from the locker, because I am housebound due to disability. I asked for a refund which is my right under distance selling rules, but have had nothing and no reply from customer "service" don't buy this and don't buy mail order from Whittard. They are awful. Disgusting lack of customer care
