Lovely tasting instant tea. I'm enjoying it.

Delivery was prompt and without hitch, convenient to collect from local locker.

I popped into the Bluewater store this afternoon. I have never bought leaf tea before. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. I left with four different types of tea. Thank you to great staff.

Love the Afternoon Tea and so much cheaper to buy direct from Whittard. Easy to order online and very quick delivery.

What a lovely shop! Well presented, always friendly staff and great atmosphere. Danielle, caught me chatting to my partner about coffee strengths and our desired choice. She quickly nabbed us and sold us the behind the counter beans. She talked me through the flavours and the intensities. She was friendly, hospitable and just oozed kindness. Will be a regular to this branch now as we love the coffee beans she suggested :)

Always a pleasure, every time I come to my local stores in Norwich or Cambridge the staff are always so friendly and helpful. An enjoyable experience.

I went into the shop with the idea of buying some green tea. As I got to the back of the shop Ben asked if I needed any help. I said I was looking for green tea and he then asked what type I liked. I was given a sample of Lavender tea, which was nice but a little medicinal. We discussed tea and he suggested Genmaicha. I have had this before and it is a favourite and one that I have not had in a while so I said yes. Ben also told me about the loyalty program. Definitely worth popping into the shop.

Always perfect service. I find exactly what I want very quickly. Delivery is very fast and the tea is so well packed. I also like the packaging is all recyclable.

I actually got my Dad to pick them up in Cambridge (and pay for them!!!) and then he kindly brought them to me in Chicago!
