Well I just unpacked it and laid it down under my desk and I couldn’t be happier. Changed the look of my home office for the better. A hefty piece of glass, this should last well into my retirement. Even the packaging was sturdy.

I’ve had my new Vitrazza chair mat for a couple of weeks now and I’m happy to say I’m done with expensive, plastic mats that don’t hold up for very long. The prices, which include shipping, aren’t cheap but these are thick glass that won’t “crack and wear out over time.

I like the mat but even after I used the largest foot pads on my med depth carpet the whole unit moves approx 1” to 2” during 8 hours of use at my desk. The other problem is the silicone / glue for the foot pads doesn’t really hold at all, seems like it’s still soft or wet to the touch after 2 weeks, hence the foot pads are sliding on the underside of the glass mat. Plus they are leave 2” long smudge marks and silicone residue. Not very impressed with this issue. I sent an email to Vitrazza 3 days ago and no response.

I've bought two of the mats and they are excellent as well as the support from the company. The second mat I purchased came with bad "feet" and even after letting them sit for 24 hours to cure they were not sticking properly. I emailed Vitrazza support and they sent a couple of replacement sets which worked perfectly. Definitely follow the guide on the proper "feet" to use for your carpet so the mat stays in place. .
