Regular plastic floor mats on soft pine floors can still do damage. The glass mat is holding up very well.

I purchased a glass carpet protector. I had to talk with customer service because I live in Alaska and had to make special arrangements to have it shipped. They were very helpful. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I love the mat. Then I got an email offering me a discount on new wheels for my office chair. I took advantage of that offer and I am very glad I did. The wheels are a significant upgrade.

This glass mat does a great job protecting our hardwood floors and it is unobtrusive. I did get the rollers that were recommended for the chair and as advertised they roll smoothly and silently, preventing scratches in the glass.

I contacted your Customer Service group prior to placing my order for Floor & Desk top glass. I inquired about also ordering the Floor glass for my desk top as it more closely aligned with my desk top. He advised me not to and it would not covered under warranty if I did. I'm still not sure how floor glass, w/chair on top of it, would not be warrantied. I ordered the desk top and I am disappointed with it's size. My elbows are off the edge of glass, specs of paper, dust. . . constantly get underneath the glass. I enjoy my floor glass - it was as described and both were well packaged!

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before providing a review of my Virasa glass floor mat, and I’m happy to report that I love it! It not only looks great on our brand new hardwood floors, my chair rolls true across it, unlike those plastic mats. I highly recommend it.

I called your tel# Monday and spoke with a gal explaining I would be out of town until after Thanksgiving and to please deliver on the Monday following Thanksgiving. We arrive home early on Friday Nov 28th the day after Thanksgiving due to travel changes and the box was all wet being left out in the rain due to arriving early. They don't do for you as they agree to by telephone. "F" rating.

This is our second matt for our second office. Very pleased with Vitrazza Matt’s. Bit the bullet and ordered the chair wheels. Now the floors are protected and the wheels are much better than anticipated. Definitely recommend both.

I tried to make it work, you know, not buy the wheels. I thought I’d save a little money because, you know, the regular wheels should work fine. Boy was I wrong. I went ahead, spent the money, and bought the wheels. Yeah, it made all the difference in the world!!
