Easy to do business with. Everything worked out great. And my glass mat was packaged very well.

I love my Vitrazza chair mat and how quick the shipment was delivered. Packaging and explanation of how to take care of the mat was easy to understand and set up.

all good

Happy they include different size clear rubber bumpers for the different floorings.

Just as with my former purchase, you knocked it out of the park once more!

Looks beautiful on my solid hickory wood floors.

Love it. So smooth on the carpeting. Would recommend to anyone

Excellent Product

This has been on my list to purchase for some time. I’m impressed with packaging and the finished product itself. 10/10 rating.

I was so tired of trying to move my rolling chair out of the divots created in the plastic mat by the wheels of the, even while empty, chair wheels. We had thick plush carpet put in the house so I bought a new plastic mat to put under my desk chair. It didn’t take me long to develop a real hate for it. I saw the ads for the Vitraza mats and thought they were a bit expensive, but I was ready to try anything. I ordered the …. . I think it was the 42x48 size. It was delivered and it took quite a bit of energy to just get it in the house. It was heavy. My office space is upstairs in the loft. It was all my wife could do to help me get it upstairs. I used the instructions to unpack it. It was well packed but I finally got it put down. What an amazing difference. I love it.

Love these mats. We have 3 of them

My first one arrived in a million pieces as it apparently shattered during delivery. A quick email and call to customer service and another was promptly on the way. Only ~ 2% shatter during delivery (lucky me!). The new one was delivered fast. I find it very solid and as advertised. Mine is used on short carpet and it works very well so far.

na

I have now purchased two floor mats and a set of chair rollers and every product is well designed and are the perfect answer to the old plastic chair mats that always crack after a number of years!

I bought the glass product for my wife as she works from home and her home office has really nice carpet and padding and her old plastic desk chair mat was sinking into the carpet and making it difficult for her to move in her chair. I was a little skeptic about ordering a glass one and the size needed to be right on the money based on her desk size and to my pleasant surprise it arrived in perfect condition (great packaging engineer) and the size was exactly what it was supposed to be and my wife couldn't be happier about her new chair glass mat! Thank you!

Perfect for desk

We appreciate the fast service on the replacement for the chipped/grazed mat. If it did not chip in the first place the rating would have been higher.

Very happy with my purchase. It was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend it.

Looks like a permanent solution.
