Good product delivered on time was clear instructions

I've bought two of the mats and they are excellent as well as the support from the company. The second mat I purchased came with bad "feet" and even after letting them sit for 24 hours to cure they were not sticking properly. I emailed Vitrazza support and they sent a couple of replacement sets which worked perfectly. Definitely follow the guide on the proper "feet" to use for your carpet so the mat stays in place. .

Works well. I bought some urethane wheels off of Amazon (thought the Vitrazza wheels were a bit too expensive) and everything is working fine.

We are getting ready to move. I haven't unpacked the mats yet. Delivery was quick and on time

The only issue I have with my new chair mat is that I can’t stop smiling!

I have buyers regret. I wish I had ordered one with a lip so my chair legs wouldn't slide off the front and down to the carpet below.

This product puts the other products I've tried, to shame.

Works as designed!!

I had tried other Mats in the past (Plastic, Bamboo, Etc) on low pile carpeting. The problem was carpet creeping. I was constantly moving the Mats back into place. My recent purchase of the Vitrazza Glass Mat that was sized more suitable to my space and solved the problem. So far, no noticeable creeping. I also ordered the Hubless chair wheels that are perfect match for a glass mat. What a difference the combination has made. Highly recommend. Suggest that you retain the box the mats ship in for future use if needed to allow for a safe means of transporting (Home relocation, sale to another user, etc).

Excellent product, shipped quickly

Floor mat is fantastic! I had mine for several years, a cat got on my desk and knocked something off. They replaced it no questions asked, just a photo of the evidence. I am buying another one next week, fantastic product and customer service!

I’m enjoying my beautiful new glass chair mat! I glide around so smoothly, it’s easier to open my lower desk drawers. The plastic mat moved around too much and the corner would curl making it difficult to open the drawers, I’d have to remove the chair and pull the mat back and straighten the corners several times a week. I don’t have to do a thing with your mar other than to enjoy! Huge difference.
