In various offices I have used chair mats from 1973 until retiring at the end of 2015: the thick unattractive ones made of I don’t know what, and later the thin plastic ones, basically. Got a mat for my office chair, immediately ordered one for my wife. Solid, nice looking mats that should last forever. Perfect for our hardwood floors. Comes with lots of feet choices, even a tool to pick it up which is more or less a necessity; these aren't light. Can't go wrong with this one, VERY pleased. . !!
