Love these mats. We have 3 of them

My first one arrived in a million pieces as it apparently shattered during delivery. A quick email and call to customer service and another was promptly on the way. Only ~ 2% shatter during delivery (lucky me!). The new one was delivered fast. I find it very solid and as advertised. Mine is used on short carpet and it works very well so far.

I have now purchased two floor mats and a set of chair rollers and every product is well designed and are the perfect answer to the old plastic chair mats that always crack after a number of years!

I bought the glass product for my wife as she works from home and her home office has really nice carpet and padding and her old plastic desk chair mat was sinking into the carpet and making it difficult for her to move in her chair. I was a little skeptic about ordering a glass one and the size needed to be right on the money based on her desk size and to my pleasant surprise it arrived in perfect condition (great packaging engineer) and the size was exactly what it was supposed to be and my wife couldn't be happier about her new chair glass mat! Thank you!

I may be one of the few, but my mat shattered recently. I contacted Vitrazza and sent pictures and they immediately, no questions asked, sent me a new one. Here is a company that stand behind it's product. I love the mat and have been using in for about 5 years!

I am certainly impressed with the item, but even more impressed with the business operations! The website was easy to navigate, communication was fantastic and shipping was super fast! I was also impressed with the packaging and level of quality in regard to the cardboard. I have never seen corrugated cardboard as thick as what was used for the glass that I ordered. In fact, I saved the box in case I need some heavy duty cardboard for something in the future. As long as the product continues to hold up then I will continue to recommend Vitrazza to others!
