terrible and when i contacted customer service regarding the issue the rep was less than understanding that i looked up compatible cartridges when i ordered however they don't work showing up as altered or cloned in my printer.

Ink cartridges don’t have an HP chip and are useless in my printer 😡 No response from company.

my HP Envy 5055 printer uses 65XL What I received from you do not fit in the printer brackets. I'm going to go back to using Walmart as my supplier.
