I ordered the company's version of black and color ink for my printer. Unfortunately my printer wouldn't recognize that I had the cartridge in it because it was a 2-piece ordeal where the cartridge had to sit inside of a shell to make the full cartridge that goes in the printer. I returned them both because they were of no use to me. I only opened the black ink and never touched the color ink. LD Products only refunded me for the black ink return and not the color ink because they said I returned the wrong ink. I went back and forth with customer service letting them know I returned what was sent to me. When they finally sent me pictures of the cartridges, I was able to visually confirm that those were indeed the same color cartridges they sent me. I knew that because the cartridges were pink. They are the only company that I have ever received pink cartridges from. Rather than admit that they sent me what they are calling the wrong cartridges and refunding me my money, they basically accused me of keeping thier ink (which won't work in my printer) and sending them some other ink. How that makes any sense is beyond me. Why would I PAY MY OWN MONEY to ship you back unopened colored ink that I could be using if it were not indeed the same ink that you sent me? At the end of the day I let them keep the money because I'm not about to stress myself out to continue carrying out a back and forth with you. Terrible service....terrible company. I will never order from there again, and I reccomend that you don't either. I'd rather pay an arm and leg purchasing directly from Cannon for the 2 drops of ink that be in the cartridge, than to order from LD Products again.

1. Terrible delivery process. It takes 7-10 days to receive my printer cartridges. 2. I had to throw away 3 color printer cartridges and 2 black ones because my HP Office Jet Pro 6978 printer would not print due to them not being original ink cartridges. This has occurred numerous times. Your competition sells them on Amazon with overnight delivery, and they DO print.
