I needed to return a faulty cartridge. After some troubleshooting advice that didn't solve the problem, a replacement cartridge was sent promptly.

Beware about unreliable delivery: Toner order placed 8. 8. 2026 with promised delivery date of 8. 24. 2026. @ 8. 27. 2026 still no delivery and company is telling me to wait another week until 9. 2. 2026 until they decide whether to search for the long overdue item and MAYBE send a replacement. This is NOT THE MARK OF A DEPENDABLE BUSINESS SUPPLY VENDOR. We need reliable suppliers for replacement supplies to keep operating and LD seems unwilling to fulfill their responsibility to keep their promise and deliver. They didn't even take the initiative to initiate a USPS search--dumping that on me.

My printer forced a software patch that disallowed any non-manufacturer ink after I already had a years supply of LD ink. I contacted support and they replaced my entire supply and I couldn't be more grateful!! Thank you, LD! You've got a customer for life!!

Service for my ink was excellent but the first two shipments were frustrating and disappointing. Third shipment is working okay to date.

I've been a customer for about ten years. I have used LD ink cartridges in my HP printers with no problems. LD cartridges work well, cost less and are shipped to me.

Worked well and pleasant to the budget. Will definitely reorder.

Be sure to check your printer model, if it ends with an e then only original HP cartridges work and no return. Learned the hard way, out $60. Maybe need a big disclaimer in the page.

I am unable to use the cartridges i purchased that promoted HP compatible.
