Excellent service by customer service representative Jinky. LD products work well, and if one gives you a problem, LD replaces it quickly with no hassles, and without requiring a return of the opened messy ink product. I have been a customer of LD for years now.

Great ink, cartridges are sturdy and no leaking and the print quality is second to none.

Amazon sells LD Products for less than half the price; that is a shame. I would like to buy LD products directly from LD and keep all my invoices in one place. Also, there is no one to talk to at LD. Emails are answered a day later, which is too late. LD Products are good; I offer them to my clients and haven't received a single complaint.
