On time delivery.

Just Ok

I needed to do a return but pay for it myself. The return ended up costing more than the item I’d bought and wasn’t worth it.

Never received

Return process has been convoluted and my understanding is I’ll need to pay to ship these items back even tho the issue is on your end. This will be my last purchase with you.

Worst customer experience

Excellent

For the Clean Tech 2-in-1 Spray Mop: the unit that I received is not usable. When the bottle is connected to the mop, the liquid inside leaks very quickly down the bottom of the mop rather than being held inside the bottle for spraying. I’ve checked the cap on the bottle for tightness and the leak occurs regardless of how tight the cap is on.

The product is pretty dreamy for this laundress. It’s heavier than expected but the mechanism and sturdiness are awesome

Timely delivery.

Product packaged poorly and arrived with multiple broken pieces

Excellent waste bags!

on time well package just what I wanted

I received my order promptly, as usual, with your business, and they were exactly what I expected. I love the improvements on the composter which is much more to my taste on my kitchen countertop. Thank you.

Good value, they store as advertised, closing mechanisms work well.
