Worst customer service. Product not bad but wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I wanted to return the product but they do not pay for it and wanted to charge me $50. The communication or lack there of with customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Took weeks to hear back from them after automated messages. All for them to say “we’re not going to give you a return label”. I would highly recommend not choosing Joseph and Joseph.

Horrible customer service no return portal had to pay over 20 dollars to return. Awful no one replies

I have European cutlery, but, they don’t fit. Only a 4 piece place setting fits.

The ordering wasn't the issue. Trying to reform was terrible. No customer service send numerous emails and had to pay 23 dollars to return something because they do not have a return portal or return label system. I won't be ordering from there again.

The knife holder works well for our needs!
