Ar first I struggled with the lining but once I got the hang of it, the dream was realized

Horrible experience with shipping.

Be forewarned that the odor filter holder for the food waste caddy is not secure, even when installed correctly. It fell off into the food waste bin, and I threw it away inadvertently, not realizing it had fallen off. I spent $20 on odor filters that I now can no longer use. I contacted customer service to see if I could get the holder replaced, to which they said they would not replace it. So I guess you should make sure you check every single time you use the caddy to ensure the filter holder hasn't fallen off. Disappointing. In addition, the size of this caddy is awkward. A bit narrow, so a variety of things won't fit without you cutting it down (like a small crown of broccoli, for example). I've never had that issue with any other bin I've used.

I tried to return an item and could not get the appropriate assistance. Using AI to assist with product returns does not replace the need for live human beings for special cases.

Amazing

Two of the items I purchased were either damaged or flawed. I sent pictures and customer service said only one was flawed and that the luxe laundry basket was supposed to have a uneven bamboo exterior. It looks terrible and it's very obvious. This is a very expensive item. I will not do business with this company again.

the dual trash can is perfection -- wanted it for a year and it exceeded my hopes. the shoe rack is good, but the instructions for assembly was truly awful. please redo it -- josephjoseph deserves much better. most of the shelves are identical, except two have embossed logos. up is down and left is right. label each piece and give the new instructions to someone under ten and someone over 50.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Very pleased.
