Horrible customer service no return portal had to pay over 20 dollars to return. Awful no one replies

I have European cutlery, but, they don’t fit. Only a 4 piece place setting fits.

The ordering wasn't the issue. Trying to reform was terrible. No customer service send numerous emails and had to pay 23 dollars to return something because they do not have a return portal or return label system. I won't be ordering from there again.

Price was much more than other websites selling their profit. I wrote less than 24 hours to cancel my order and I received a note back 5 days later saying it was too late.
