First shipment arrived damaged, but was quickly replaced.

Love the hamper’s design. Very sleek and modern. I plan to order another one for my guest room!

It was difficult to arrange a return. The usual label or return info did not come with the product.

Order process was easy, fast delivery. No complaints.

Returns shipping should not be paid for by the customer.

Easy reordering of our garbage bags

All items in the order packed good! Joseph Joseph brand quality is outstanding! I will shop again!

First of all I think the design of this laundry hamper is great, it looks great in our room and is very functional. Only downsides are that it is deceptively hard to put together and unfortunately in less than a month of owning it both laundry bags have torn at their seams. Not impressed with the construction of the bags for them to tear at the seams with normal loads of laundry within such a short amount of time.

You made me pay to return the product even though it wouldn't fit. I'd better check to see that I received my credit back.

Great design and manufacture. Worth the price (Airframe Max)

Expensive for what it is. Fragile goods that don’t last.

Easy website to use, quick shipping

We love the look of our Joseph Joseph laundry hamper. However, it was hard to put together. We reached out to customer service for counsel on how to tuck the top of the bag into the frame. There wasn’t enough space. The only advice we were given was to watch the video we had already seen. We’re disappointed.

Great customer support. Ruth was amazing, all of our correspondence felt like we knew each other personally. Thank you.

great product

Love my knife rack. It fit perfectly. Great quality!

Love the items I purchased. Just wish you could include USPS shipping to my PO box. UPS does not deliver to my remote location and it would save me driving 65+ miles one way to my relatives house to pick up my order.

I've had the multi-peel straight peeler for several years and love it! That's why I bought this one as a gift.

If you want a knife holder that works to organize your kitchen drawer this is the one to buy.
