Quality products, shipping timely

The laundry basket I purchased is okay. For the price point (over $100), I expected it to be better quality.

I ordered 2 water bottle and only one was available so we paid for shipping on just the one. By the time I was notified, it was not possible to add another to offset the shipping. The water bottle is awesome! I just wish their inventor was

I have had what I consider serious shipping problem with another order & still waiting for items. Some may be weather but hard to contact company when they could make a simple call to fix of correcting address with carrier. That had to be done only by them & not person purchasing. Now I wait for the reorder.

My items legitimately looked used. The broom had scuffs and even tho it was protected via packaging. The dust pan had the same issue. Overall I appreciate the items.

The clothes basket that I bought is very functional and easy to work with. The design and colors are very neutral which I like. The only thing I struggled with was assembly. There was a piece that seemed too flimsy but I managed to make it work.

Versatile and well made

Works like a mandolin should. The grippy thing is helpful for keeping fingers safe. Took me a bit to get used to. I had a little trouble getting used to the right speed and pressure to use to get consistent even slices, especially in soft things like tomato. Chalk it up to learning curve.
