We love the look of our Joseph Joseph laundry hamper. However, it was hard to put together. We reached out to customer service for counsel on how to tuck the top of the bag into the frame. There wasn’t enough space. The only advice we were given was to watch the video we had already seen. We’re disappointed.

Love the items I purchased. Just wish you could include USPS shipping to my PO box. UPS does not deliver to my remote location and it would save me driving 65+ miles one way to my relatives house to pick up my order.

For the Clean Tech 2-in-1 Spray Mop: the unit that I received is not usable. When the bottle is connected to the mop, the liquid inside leaks very quickly down the bottom of the mop rather than being held inside the bottle for spraying. I’ve checked the cap on the bottle for tightness and the leak occurs regardless of how tight the cap is on.

The product is pretty dreamy for this laundress. It’s heavier than expected but the mechanism and sturdiness are awesome
