I received your product which unfortunately does not fit in my space. I cannot find the return label that you say was packed with it. I have emailed you twice asking you to send me a new label and have heard nothing back let alone received the label. I hope you will come through on this. thanks you.

Great hamper. A little tricky to assemble. It helped to have some assistance. But once together, we love it.

My item was delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to customer support through the only channel available — email — and have not heard back.

Would give this less than a star if possible. Never got the item sent multiple emails and received no response. Scammer company

My package never arrived and the company isn’t responding to my attempts to contact them about it. It’s been 3 weeks.

There’s no reason to ever purchase their product from them directly because not only will they not have product in stock and not tell you even though you paid but along with that you’re not getting any real discounts compared to going to Amazon please believe this is the death of this brand because if they can’t treat customers who want to come directly to them correctly, how much longer before they are bought by a real company.
