I came here to rate trash bags, but Joseph Joseph has now asked me to rate the experience of rating the trash bags, which feels like an ambitious escalation. The experience was excellent. The stars were easy to identify. There were five of them, which felt appropriate given the emotional certainty I brought to this transaction. The interface accepted my praise without resistance. At no point did I feel judged for having strong opinions about proprietary trash bag compatibility. Was the process life-changing? No. Was it smooth, dignified, and strangely reflective? Yes. Joseph Joseph asked how they did, and I can only say: they provided the trash bags, then provided a place for me to publicly affirm the trash bags, and now they have provided a second place for me to affirm the experience of affirming them. That is commitment to the customer journey. I award you the full five stars.

First of all I think the design of this laundry hamper is great, it looks great in our room and is very functional. Only downsides are that it is deceptively hard to put together and unfortunately in less than a month of owning it both laundry bags have torn at their seams. Not impressed with the construction of the bags for them to tear at the seams with normal loads of laundry within such a short amount of time.

You made me pay to return the product even though it wouldn't fit. I'd better check to see that I received my credit back.
