overall the experience was fine. The shower caddies that I ordered are awful. they do not stay up and have come crashing down and cracked the 2nd day after I put them up. I would not order those again.

Shipping back items costed half of the total price as there was no free return like Amazon. I will never order directly from your website again.

This hamper is fantastic - however, putting it together was insanely difficult. I watched 3 different videos, and nearly split a fingernail trying to pull the hamper fabric over and into the groove. I felt such a sense of accomplishment when I finished the job, and the hamper looks great. Thank you!

My Stainless version has broken its lid. I thought I was replacing it with a matte substitute with a sale price. What I received is a dual trash unit for a doll's house. Shipping was fine, but I wish I could just have the larger unit.

Customer service was extremely helpful when I ordered the wrong product by accident. They were willing to do what they could to help. Turns out the wrong purchase was the right one after all.

1 item cutting never delivered. Delivery of 2 items over 10 days. Electric kettle had no us converter had to buy one $19. Microwave plate cover over sized did not fit in the microwave had to reorder from Amazon. Poor customer service. Your company needs divine help Kamran

Not happy with the fact that I have to pay for return shipping when I'm this dissatisfied with the product. I realize you have certain terms for returns but still, do a customer a solid and help me out!

I am disappointed with your company’s return process. The item I purchased was too small for the intended space, and I was surprised to learn that a prepaid return shipping label is not provided. I do not consider this to be a customer-friendly return policy. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your return procedures, as this experience has left me with a negative impression of your company.

It seems like a regular trash can. I was really excited about the storage feature for the garbage bins, but it wasn’t what I expected. It feels like we could’ve gotten a similar trash can without the storage for a better price. The bin itself is fine, but it doesn’t feel worth what we spent.
