We have not received our filters. Then we had no idea it would take this long to receive them

the cardboard box is much tinner than with my prior shipments. Resulted in damaged box and slightly damaged filter. Otherwise the right product was delivered in a short delay

United Filter took the time to make sure we had purchased the right filter AFTER we had placed our order. It was a mistake on our end which we did not notice until United Filter sent us an email asking for specific measurements. Turns out we had purchased the wrong product and they were kind enough to change our order prior to shipment. They saved us a lot of time and money by doing so. Much appreciated!
