United Filter took the time to make sure we had purchased the right filter AFTER we had placed our order. It was a mistake on our end which we did not notice until United Filter sent us an email asking for specific measurements. Turns out we had purchased the wrong product and they were kind enough to change our order prior to shipment. They saved us a lot of time and money by doing so. Much appreciated!

Overall happy with my purchase but was a little disappointed in how long it took to ship out. In the past shipments have been here within a couple of days but this time was well over 2 weeks. I had to send and email to ask where my shipment was and did not receive any sort of communication back. Thankfully it was shipped instantly after that.
